    Print the forum?!
I hope you have endless accounts of paper.
This is a community that helps each other out. You need to first fill out your timeline, that's how some things get answered here.

    Then read the guides.

Unless the instructions specifically mention doing that,  you don't need to.  Plenty of people left them blank including myself.

Looking at your post history, you have tried to expedite several times. This would be your third or fourth attempt?

Might be time to accept that your case is not that special, and just be patient like everyone else.

Babu Frik reacted to Hawaii1 in Is NVC Working?
I am sorry...but I disagree.  For them to not move forward in 2 weeks in processing/reviewing documents is not unrealistic or normal.  NVC has gone from processing/reviewing documents from just over 1 month in Jan/Feb  to almost 3 months now...which means that something is going on at NVC (or NOT going on)...especially given the fact that all of these reviews can be done virtually by NVC personnel.

    Yes
You can see here the dates that are currently being approved.

Note that link isn't official but just what users like ourselves enter and can be very helpful.

USCIS has official processing times on their site, but they only update it once a month.

2017 season just started, you don't need that, don't worry about that at all.
Just be sure you meet the requirements.

I wonder how many of us will run into each other here in 2 years for green card renewal.

I've seen people are having a really hard time with that right now, the wait is at least a year where it used to be 4-5 months.

So the ride isn't over yet.

Generally yes, happened to a friend of mine and it was then approved a few days later, of course there's no guarantees, but I'd take it as a good sign.

There's lots of illegal things that happen on a daily basis.
It usually can't be shown and that's why it happens, but that situation wouldn't just be limited to this.

USCIS perspective is the executive order, period.
How would people here know what USCIS hasn't made public? This forum isn't related to USCIS in any way.

Here's the mentioned post with details from the executive order which has the info.

I think you're trying to say he lives outside of the United States.
Everyone is going to think you're saying he lives in another state but in the United STATES.

For future reference it would be much clearer to say something like, he lives abroad with me.

There is only ONE set of instructions that apply to paper and online filing.
Please read the instructions, photo of spouse is not needed.
    https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-130instr.pdf?download=1

The online process is a little confusing, sometimes you have to submit twice as it shows "errors" that are really just reminders in case you didn't include something.
It needs work, it's not great.

I would think that photo would get rejected anyway.
You don't want to include a bad photo when you didn't need to, then get an RFE because it doesn't meet the standards.

Babu Frik reacted to Greenbaum in How to choose processing center for i-129f
Your application can be sent to either of two address's. One is for USPS and the other is for FedEx, DHL etc. Once at Texas the application is scanned and sent onto California for processing. Rare cases are sent elsewhere as they have special processing needs. Most stay in California until they are approved. So, you cannot choose your application processing center as it follows a strict path based on USCIS parameters.

You'll find a Filipino discussion sub-forum here https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/ where many topics are discussed and would be an immense help to you.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

That's crazy, the whole point of the online form is that it fills it out for you.
There's was a thread for online filers were someone said they got an RFE because it didn't have a wet signature either, they did have to send some other stuff as well.
