My fiance is in China. I put SHENYANG and submitted, later realizing only GUANGZHOU do K1. Our case was approved with no RFE. And the interview will be held in Guangzhou.

I have similar timeline with yours. My fiance is in China too. Our case is "at NVC" since March 8th. Still waiting.

Thanks for all the information and update. I keep checking this thread from time to time to see if there is any updates. 😂 Such a long wait! My fiance always comforts me and says "好事多磨" (Good things take time). Ai ya ya!

Thanks for all the updates and thoughts... I guess what I will expect now is that in June/July/August I may be possible to finally meet with my fiance. 😂😭

Thank you @OliverBa. I really hope it can be no latter than May. My case is still “at NVC” and it seems the US embassy in Guangzhou just doesn’t receive new packages at this moment. I feel so sad and perplexed and sorry for bringing this panic here.

Here I found another Weibo article saying Guangzhou is May 28 (while Beijing is Nov 29).

I am in the process of K1 visa and I wonder how it is now for the embassy in Guangzhou. I am so upset and curious, don’t know who I can talk with. That is such a long time. I really hate this virus. Please someone tell me I am wrong or it won’t apply to GUZ or won’t apply to K1. :((

Just called and got our case number. The number I called was 1-603-334-0888 and waited for less than 3 mins.

I just sent a inquiry on NVC website to update my email... according to the suggestion from the pdf. Now I am getting lost. I will need to do more research, but for now I think I better wait for 30 days and see what will happen next? 🤔 My fiance has already been preparing some of the documents, and I am preparing my tax return and W2 documents as well. I hope coronavirus ends soon... so that the China government and embassy can start to work as usual.

Just checked my mailbox. I received my NOA2 hard copy today too.

My notice date on the letter is 02/10/2020.

I don't understand the methodology of approvals.  When I see processing and approvals for those who filed AFTER I have, it breaks my heart!  Aren't they supposed to process according to the date of receipt? 

My NOA1 is on Oct. 11 too and filling in California (WAC-). I am still waiting too. Hope this week we will have good news.
