Hi dear petitioners
Just few hours back, I wrongly clicked case app and i saw there is a new update about my case that “new card is being produced “ I will attach it on here. i was loosing my hope because I submitted my Vawa 2019 September .i was also removal proceeding which is few months ago got administratively closed by judge. I have only I-360 , I didn’t apply I-485 nor work permit. Now new card is being produced . Is it good for me?

Well in other news, the court is finally something something with my motion to recalendar and change venue. Not sure what exactly, the EOIR site no longer says that a judge entered an administrative decision in 2018, right now it just says nothing.

To all the poor souls like me who are waiting, delayed, or frustrated, remember that you have been through much worse and every day that passes by, you are a day closer to your ultimate freedom. This shall pass but importantly, your worst life experience is likely behind you already. You were miserable when you were supposed to be happy, take control of your life now by being happy anyway. At least this is what I tell myself when I feel down.

Yep since the beginning of April, 2022 “correspondance is received” and I haven’t even sent anything recently lol. Maybe it just means that they reopened my case and then put it to sleep again Loll idk my friend. I’m just being patient. Hopefully we’ll hear back soon. Praying for all of us

Nothing to do at this point.
Once you get an I-360 approval there's 2 ways to go about this.
1. Have to lawyer reach out to ICE and ask if they are willing to dismiss if they agree then wait for the judge's decision to their motion to dismiss and file I-485 with USCIS.
2. Have your lawyer file a motion to recalendar to put the admin closed case back on the court docket and file I-485 with the court if you haven't already.

Yeah admin closure is the best you could've received at this point. The case will just sit inactive indefinitely and once you get approved ICE should agree to dismissal.
My own case was admin closed in 2017 because I was trying to do an I-601A via marriage. Still admin closed to this very day. So if you were to get denied you can fly under the radar for a very very long time.

Never give up. Don’t let anyone tell you that your case won’t be approved, even your lawyer . Fight for your case until you get approved. My case can be an encouragement to someone, I am in immigration proceedings since 2017, got 204 c fraud on my I-130, I-360 office sent me a 7 pages NOID which was my only hope, responded to NOID January 31. I worked on it with my lawyer and provided new proofs and my case is approved in less than 2 months. Can’t wait to get my green card finally.
Thanks to this forum, many people helped me here how to write a winning personal declaration. Thank you all. To God all the glory Case Was Approved
On March 23, 2022, we approved your Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant, Receipt Number EACxxxxxxxxxxx. We sent you an approval notice. For those in removable proceedings like me. Great news. DHS is now affirmatively filing motion to dismiss by themselves if you have a case with USCIS. Which means you don’t need to ask the ice attorney and gvment attorney to join with you to terminate the case. The DHS is terminating cases to lower the backlog in court. Good news. Thought of you @Demise because you were looking for ways to terminate yours. I am waiting for my vawa approval letter to terminate mine and allow USCIS adjudicated my pending i485

Like Pinkrlion said, you can get an RFE at any time and while somewhat unusual it's not unheard of for VAWA cases to receive two RFEs or an RFE and a NOID before a decision is made. Hell, you can even get an RFE after an approval but at that point it's called a NOIR, though these are super rare and I've never seen one in person.
It all really depends when the case actually crosses an officer's desk. My own got RFE'd like 18 months in and wasn't approved until 27 months in.
