Hello Family, I hope everyone is doing great. I had vaca approved May 2022, I-485 interview on May 17 2023, they issued rfe and I ssubmitted it and they recieved it May 31st 2023, there is still no update online except that the rfe was issued, so I went to local office, they guy confirmed , that they did receive the required medical and they interviewing officers has it in her file, but I don't know why they are still working on it and hadn't made any decision, it's been over three months. I couldn't talk to the lady. he said just wait because they are working on case by case basis. any idea why the delay and how much longer I might have to wait?

It's been 90 days already, there should be no harm inquiring about it. I see thank you. I am still waiting to get the call for the info pass, I hope everything works out soon.

Thank you dear, that's what I'm planning to do as well, I have already called in for to get a copy of the medicals, and I'm still waiting to get the info pass appointment call back. I wasn't sure, if I could ask for the supervisor at the info pass appointment or not. Thank you for the clarification.

Hello Family, I hope everyone is doing well. it's nice to see a lot of approvals. I have a delima, I had Vawa based I-485 interview on May 17 2023, the issued a medical RFE, which I submitted and they received it on May 31st, 2023, since then it has been radio silence, nothing is updated on their website and I have not received any letters regarding it. I did go in for an infoPass on August 1st, but they couldn't tell me anything about the case, either they received the case or not. the lady just read the online update and said it's pending a review with officer. I fixing to get an other info pass appoint since it's been over 60 business days and almost 3 months now, since they received the medical. can I talk to someone at local office to verify if they have the medical rfe mail in hand or not.? any suggestion will be really helpful, it's been a painful waiting period.

Thank you. I have c31 and c09, my c09 says valid for travel since it going to expire May 2024. An other question, I had my interview for I-485 May 17, 2023, they issused medical RFE same day, and then I mailed it to them and they received it on May 31 2023, and signed it. I had info pass on August 1st 2023, where the lady couldn't verify or tell me if they really received the mail or not, it only show's the RFE was issued and case is pending a review with officer. Can you tell me what should I do, or just wait?

Hello Family, I had my combo card CO9 approved April 2022, CO9 combo card is valid till May 2024, Can anyone tell me if the travel document is valid till then too or just the combo card, I had traveled twice using combo card without any issue, it's been over year, for travel document to be approved, can I still travel on the same combo card or should I wait? I had Vawa approved May 2022 and I-485 interview May 2023, they issued RFE for medical and it's been over months no response about I-485 it just show's rfe was issued on May 17 2023 same day as interview. Any input will really help, I asked my lawyer he said I can travel and so did the lady at info pass after she looked at my combo card and said you are good to travel since travel document is also valid for two years, but I am still hesitant about traveling.

Hello Family, I had VAWA approved May 2022, and had I-485 interview on May 17, 2023, they issued an RFE the same day for medicals, and I submitted them, they received it May 31 2023, since then there hasn't been any update on the case, except it show, an RFE was issued on May 17, I had infoPass appointment today, the lady said, the case is under review and Rfe was issued, I tried to confirm with her if they received my medical and showed them the signed receipt for USPS, but she couldn't tell me anything about it and just said, you have to wait, since th RFE was issued.? Any help or suggestion will really help. It's been over two month and no update.

I sent them medical on December 23rd 2022, i even had updated medicals with me, which I should’ve given them. now I gotta wait to get the letter and see what they ask for .
