keep your eyes peeled here...
https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/
or
https://www.federalregister.gov/presidential-documents/executive-orders/donald-trump/2020
First link is where Presidential actions are officially posted. 2nd is the National Archives which publishes all executive orders. We don't know when it will be posted, but sometime tomorrow in America. Could be leaked earlier, but these are the official places to read it.
Question.. Most of the orders get signed then get published 4 or 5ll days later. In that case, if he signs it today, and gets published 4 days from now, does that mean we can still enter before publication date? Hope my question makes sense.

My husband got the Cr1 visa stamp on his apassport. We just need to fly out and into the USA. Does this affect us as well?? Can this get any harder on us?

You have to be with him. US petitioner either has to arrive at the same time as, or before (and be in US when) beneficiary arrives
Thanks for answering and confirming! I wouldn't send him alone anyways, it's difficult as a first timer. It's scary

Well I'm on the Cr1 visa, I would be OK?

He can enter, activate the visa, and return to the UAE all in one day (give or take a few hours). You should consider doing so and not leave it to the last minute
Yea that's exactly what I was thinking.. Going for 5 days or so and coming back.. I need to be with him? Or he can enter alone?

So my husband's immigration visa expire end of July, we live in UAE. We were supposed to move to the US in June. Now I'm. Panicking with his ban, what if he bands the middle east next?
Should we book and leave now?

Hello guys! I had my CR1 interview today at Manama consulate and I'm APPROVEDDDDDDDDDD😄😁 Thank you Jesus!
They had asked me to submit all my original docs last week itself. I took photos and chat records today but I was never asked to show anything 😋 got asked the following qns:
1. How did u guys meet?
2. Are both your families okay with the marriage?
3. How often do you guys talk?
4. How many members does his congregation have (my husband is a priest)?
5. Where does your MIL work (coz shes a joint sponsor)?
6. Is your MIL still married?
7. Does my husband have health insurance?
8. Will I be added under the insurance?
9. Where do you intend to live when u go to the US?
10. What do I intend to do after going to the US?
These r all the qns I was asked 😀
The officer was super friendly, I went to the consulate by 8:10am, my interview was for 8:30am. I was out of the consulate by 8:50am. They said the passport would be ready for collection by Thursday.
Thanking all you guys, especially @dwheels76 and @Ramar1 😎

I'm also CR1.. I think they will send the appointment for me as well.
I noticed that the ones who are booking their own interviews are the approved expedited cases.
From DQ date to Interview date, how many days or months is it?
Yea they will send you the appointment. We'll I got DQ on Dec 20, IL on Jan 13, interview scheduled for Feb 5..and the wait is so hard!! Nervous big time.. Good luck

Hi @Ramar1 I submitted our docs on Dec 24th, I am still waiting for DQ. How long did you wait from CC to get the interview in Abu Dhabi?
I'm also in Abu Dhabi, they will give your interview date or you will book it yourself?
Thanks!
Hey.. Well it varies, I submitted my documents 3 times. 1st time they replied back In 2 weeks. 2nd time they replied back in 3 weeks. And 3rd time they DQ'd me after 7 longggggg weeks
Interview depends on the type, mine is Cr1.. They sent the interview appointment. The other type of appointments you have to book the appointment yourself I hear

You are a spousal petition there is no package 3 and 4. You got all you going to get for your interview.
Hi!! First of all, I emailed their help desk and they got the appointment fixed online for me. So that's set
No packet 3? I didn't think so! Thank youuuuuu
Visajourney was a life saver throughout this journey! Fingers crossed to see how it goes! Thank you

Hey guys. I just received an email from NVC.. I'm guessing it's the interview letter with the interview date set for Feb 5th in Abu Dhabi embassy. I tried to register the appointment, it says this case number isn't ready for an interview yet.
What do I do? Do I still get the medical done? Do I show up for the interview? Am I supposed to receive packet 3 from Abu Dhabi?? NvC set the appointment for me..

I collect P3's from each of the embassy's to share with others. So I appreciate your compliment but I can't take credit for my knowledge level. I am not well verse once you dig into the procedures for anyone embassy so I am sorry but I am not able to help you. Two things you could do, and that is complete your profile so we can respond if needed with current information (I left instructions in red in the earlier post) and the other item is, use the link that I provided for the sub-forum where others from your embassy can possibly help you. Best of luck to you.
thanks a lot i appreciate it

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.
So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.
Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.
Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.
Thanks
Hey, sorry to interfere. You seem like you know a lot about Abu Dhabi, I got my DQ email on Dec 20, do you know how long it takes on average to hear back from Abu Dhabi with the IL? I'm applying for my spouse. Thanks in advance.

On Friday, December 20, NVC will be closed from 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM, and again from 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience.
As if they need more reasons to be slower lol

Hey Jenny, I came April 26th as well. Still nothing in the mail for either one. Corona will slow the process this year
