I paid most of the fees so far and we used some of our Xmas money my mom gave us for aos. She has a job now and we both put all money in a joint account and she can spend whatever she wants as long as there is enough for the bills/food and some for savings. I’m a simple person So I don’t require much and have a hard time spending. Our bills/food comes to about 2200 a month and we make around 6k a month together. She buys some stuff but doesn’t go crazy and I’ve been wanting a $500 grill for about 4 months now and still haven’t brought myself to pull the trigger lol.

Exactly how our interview went. They said they just ask for that stuff in case something is missing from their files. I complained they didnt look at anything

Guess you are expecting to hear " yeah jusy overstay and when the gov asks tell them i said it was cool and to give a pass"

Dont overstay if you dont want problems. There were a lot of chances to leave already but didnt now you might have to deal with the consequences. Good luck!

We had interview a couple weeks ago and brought copies of aos packet and marriage proof stuff. Got to interview and he asked a couple questions from the aos form (are you a prostitute, are you a pimp, have you been caught doing illegal stuff lol) then said it was over and approved. I said i have all this stuff you dont need any???? He said nope we just ask that in case your file is missing anything. I said what about marriage proof stuff he said nope your marriage is too new (7 months) for you to have much. I got kinda mad cause we spent all night getting no sleep gathering evidence the night before. West palm beach office is where we had interview. Whole interview we were laughing and joking around.

Im not sure on that part and not sure who would be able to answer it. My wife had her aos interview the other day but they didnt ask for health insurance (she uses the patriot plan) so i couldnt test it.

You just described insanity. Doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. She will be wasting her time and the embassy time all she can do is wait. Her time would be better spent being with her husband and enjoying the time together. If she goes to embassy she will just be annoyed by the same answer they already gave her.

Dont worry brazil is pretty easy. I just took a job letter showing my salary and that was fine. Everyone got approved the day we went even some lady telling us her story about how her fiancee is broke and shares an apt with a bunch of other guys.

Try to meet people and connect with them. There is a saying "its not what you know its Who you know". That will help you get a foot in the door somewhere. Good luck!

How long have you been waiting? We sent i765 on aug 7 and she has her work card in hand since december 13 without expidite even though wait time said 5.5-7 months.

Wow 3 months notice is a long notice. 2 weeks for me is the max. If they fired you would they give you 3 months notice?

If your in person meeting description is more than 1-3 sentences then you need to rethink it. "We went to hawaii, laid on the beach and checked out the sights for 2 weeks"

We had to wait 11 weeks and made 3 trips to ssa before getting someone who would look into it

Trying to lie in immigration is what will get you delayed not a 2 week cert time. This could cause a lot more delay or even a denial all together which could be a forever delay. Its up to you but they will find out eventually and you will pay for it dearly. After that you wont have to worry about delays because your wifes chances for immigration willbe nonexistant. Good lord $4500 for a k1 application. I am in the wrong business for sure. Save yourself the money and spend a couple hours doing it yourself. If you can kinda read and kinda follow directions you can do it. Any questions just come here for advice from people that have gone through it. Most here want to help others succeed and help for free without digging every dime out of you. IMO this is far too important to leave in the hands of someone who really doesnt care (at the end of the day they are doing it for money and not to help you out) whether you get approved or denied. If they were invested in it as much as you they would refund your money on reasonable denial.

Bank statements for if you are using assets instead of current income i believe. They ask for a year to make sure its your money and wasnt all just money that was dumped there to make it look like you have a big bank.
