That may be true but I see so much fear mongering on this website, I would hate for only negative opinions and thoughts to take over.
I'm confident given all of the information that they will have the NOA in hand so don't want them rushing to make changes until its absolutely necessary.
That depends on when the lawyer decides to finally send it. What if it sits on his desk for the next month before he decides to send? Fire the lawyer and you could be a week in and have already gotten your nao1 and this would not be an issue. You could have also paid for your trip with the money you saved from lawyer.

You applied for a k1 visa. The requirements for the k1 are you must come and marry within 90 days. After that the k1 is done and you can apply for LPR if you want to stay...

They spell it out pretty understandable here on their website. Dont just read the opening text, read all of the other stuff too. The how to bring your fiancee to the us and the failure to marry in 90 days. All the info you are complaining about that they dont have is right there

Lots of ways. You can make yourself look married without being married (too married for k1 but not married enough for cr1), giving information that gets interpreted wrong, you could get an rfe for missing something that is required because you focused on putting in stuff that wasnt required, etc.
Its like telling a cop that just pulled you over "sorry i was going 50 mph in a 30mph zone" when he pulled you over for a tail light bulb being out.
Dont lie to them, but dont offer more than you have to.

Dont shoot yourself in the foot by sending more than they ask for. Too much information can hurt you just as much as it can help you.

I-129 is pretty simple to do. Check a guide and you are good to go. Save your money for the $535 fee for i-129 and later youll need almost $1300 for aos. This will hopefully not turn out like most of the "i hired an expert and they forgot something" complaints that are all too common. You will do all the work and they will get paid to drop it off in the mail. Its like getting free money.

They dont care how you originally met. They only care about your face to face meeting within the last 2 years in about ****2**** sentences not a book.
