Since you came on K1 you won't have liabilities yet but your spouse can have credit card or personal loan liability or car loan.

Hello, just checking for form i-944, for the debts and liabilities section.....is that for the sponsor to fill out or for the beneficiary to fill out? I know for the assets the sponsors can list their assets, please advise thank you in advance!
