Hey everyone! I had my visa interview at the embassy on Jan 21st, and since them my visa status on the CEAC tracker has been showing as 'Administrative Processing'. This morning (Feb 1st) it switched to 'Ready', then a couple of hours later to 'Issued'. Whew - that was a bit of a stressful wait! I was told I was approved at the interview, but it's easy to get a bit over stressed about these things I have found! : )
 
I just wanted to to give you an idea the time it took for mine to process. I know some peoples were issued much faster - no idea why some take longer than others! But mine was still within the 1 -2 week parameter they gave me at the interview - time just seemed to move very s l o w l y this last week!

Hopefully doing this right as I'm new to VJ but just wanted to say how thankful I am for this post/site. I spent the last hour or so stalking all the different comments from the last few months and it has honestly made me feel a lot better. Immigration issues are stressful enough with countless delays, lack of communication, mistakes/compliance issues, separation from our SOs, and the financial burden of it all. On top of that add in a global pandemic, lockdowns in all of our home countries, unemployment, and other countless issues. Needless to say this is not an easy time for any of us and it is hard for people not in the situation to understand stressed and helpless I feel at times. Finding this community has really helped. 🤗

That being said, my DQ is December 21. 
I'll be checking for all of your updates but I am so glad and thankful that the US Embassy in London is operating despite of the lockdowns and I'm hoping for an interview in March or April?! Fingers crossed.

I'm not a K1 case but I really hope they start to process K1 cases soon. The priority should be to reunite fiances now especially considering it has been suspended for such a length of time. If it's safe enough for flights to continue, with social distancing, regular testing and isolation periods it should be facilitated!

Email came yesterday to inform me the document has been collected by courier.
Tracking today said, " Ready for collection"

I've been silently lurking here for months but today (15th of December) I received my interview date. Our case was DQ'd 22nd of September and it has been scheduled for 21st of January at 1130!
 
I'm so unbelievably excited. It feels so long since I last saw my husband (February) and I cannot wait to see him again. I'm hoping to move out for our second wedding anniversary in May! 

Excited to see some October dates! We DQ’d October 21 and assumed we’d get our date in February, but looks like it could even be the next batch! ❤️

Woah - Under 4 months! That is the fastest I have heard about - looks like things are speeding up - congrats!

Just got my interview scheduled too! DQ'd on Sept 21st - interview on Jan 21st!!

Never mind I just got the email his interview is on 4th January 2020 and he was DQ on 17th August 2020. Interview date received 15th December 

Looks like the next batch is up! Our DQ was August 20th, interview is at January 5th! We're so excited.

We got our interview! The email came in at 4:02PM! Ahhhh I'm freaking out! 

DQ'd - 18th August 
Interview date received - 15th December
Interview - 4th January 

 

Just got my appointment scheduled. Jan 13th! IR1. Email came from the embassy just before 5 pm
We were DQ on Sep 9th

This is a Joyous Day.... APPROVED!
July 12th - Submitted documents to NVC.
July 27th - Document Qualified.
November 13th - Email of December 14 appointment.
Checked in at Embassy 30 minutes before my 11:30 appointment time this morning and spent 40 minutes in total there. Most of the time spent waiting. Interview itself was 10 minutes.
3 questions:
Where did you meet your husband?Where does he live?
When are you hoping to go to the USA?
 
They were all super friendly and helped me feel relaxed.
After he said, "I will approve you today""
I heard nothing else he said lol!
I was just relieved the process was over!
 
This has been quite a journey but it's all worth it.

At this stage it can become very anxious and unbearable. There is just no guessing how this system works. There is a very good chance Interview dates may filter tomorrow. 
It was Friday Nov 13th when we received our emails for December interviews.

Based on last month, there's a strong chance it could be tomorrow morning. Check back on this thread to see if there's any happy people reporting tomorrow, we will be for sure!

Just so y'all know, received my passport today at about 12 midday. Also received the news that my wife tested positive for covid. She's asymptomatic, and believe me my main concern is with her health, but alas - this will probably set us back another week or so. Should still make it in time for Christmas but... Meh. Not great news. Thankfully my test came back negative even though I still feel a little #######, but I think my symptoms may have been some kind of acute stress comedown (I really did feel rotten though, and i got swine flu at the same time as having 2 broken ribs so believe me I know what rotten feels like 😂) 
 
Anyways, tl;dr: interview on 7th, 221g asking me to upload spouse 2019 1040, uploaded straight away, passport arrived on 10th.

DQ'd on 8th October '20, the missus is in Miami, Florida & I'm living with parents up in Edinburgh, Scotland - anxiously waiting on the next round of London Embassy interview appointments (hopefully tomorrow morning). We may well not be in this next batch of interview appointments but so relieved that the embassy has continued to interview throughout recent lockdowns & they've been able to complete more CR1 interviews each month (July 49, Aug 65, Sept 76, Oct 81).

Good luck to everyone else who DQ'd in August, September and beyond, we're getting closer every day...

I don’t have the answer but I know in certain cases ages are locked when a case is documentarily qualified. I would recommend starting a new thread and someone will come along with more knowledge and answer it I’m sure! Its more likely to be picked up on a fresh thread I think.
