You ain't gotta go no where! Except of course you want to...you can always file a new i485 yourself based on your i360 in view! Let the monster go..you don't need that negativity! Better days ahead! 

My Timeline so far without using a lawyer .  Only one affidavit from family.  Psychology Report cost - $280 (Frisco Texas) . I got a few advice from @sandranj  before starting . Thanks Sandra!

Filed for renewal EAD combo card March 20, 2019 
New EAD combo card in Mail June 4, 2019
VAWA Updated to New card is being Produced August, 5, 2019
 

Thanx alot,no i just had a police report from Houston Police dpt thats it.
Filled in February 2017 and approved  July 2019,have just seen it now.
i hope the adjustment wont take forever again cz my case on hold has been there since 2015. And i had filled for greencard too.

Wow! So sorry nobody deserves that! When love hurts, it just won't work! I still believe in love though because I'm a super positive person! But humans have turned into monsters! Very selfish and desperately hostile! Seems like with each passing day, humanity just degenerates! Sometimes I wish I was born in an earlier generation where there was some sanity and people still had conscience! My parents are still together 40yrs and counting! I might just go back to the convent!🙏

Thanx dear,No i dont live with him and i did not go with him for the Interview,it was my attorney and I and the held the case so today this forum has opened my eyes and from here i checked my case status and i  just see my New card was sent this july for 1-360 which is the approval ryt. Was tired of checking  cz it had been forever and i just closed my eyes ,prayed n worked.

Thank you so much!! I give God Almighty ALL the glory. By the time it became horribly bad, it was hard for me to leave as our children were very young and I was pregnant with the youngest, but eventually, I had to leave or lose my life, and I chose to leave. I could write so many books on my life with him, I break down for days every time I think back, and that's why I try not to think or throw pity parties for myself as it will do nothing but bring me down, and I need a good focus of mind and spirit to focus on what's important: our children together, at least everything I went through was not in vain, I have these amazing children who give me so much pride and joy, I thank God for them, and for my family, my friends, wonderful people like yourself and everyone on this forum, I am so appreciative and humbled.

I am glad you stopped the circle of abuse. Do not look back. He fell short of God's command,  and I am sure the eternal fire prepared for the devil will make him truly repent, but it's too late,lol. Speak against domestic violence!!!!

You can file form l131 but when your attorney will find out he /she might end his/her representation.
 
You have the right to file l131 tell him to file and that is it . They can deny ANYONE to reenter in the U.S. but if you are not in removal proceedings and don’t have s criminal record you should not have problem to reenter in the U.S.

My God has been faithful to me and my children, HE brought me out from 16 years of marital bondage and torture into HIS light, to see that there's a kinder, warmer, much loving world out there and I have fully embraced that love. I am so happy, and I have peace and joy in my heart, I just thank God everyday.
Side note: the sadist asked our church to broker a reconciliation, he actually had the nerve to promise them that he is "a changed man", and he has seen the light, ha!! He wants to finish the work he started, this time, it will be untraceable, God forbid!! I reject him, my spirit rejects him, my soul rejects him. He should tell that to someone who just met him!! So the church called me today to see if they could set up a meeting saying he promised them that he would sign papers to that effect and he would undergo anger management for 6 months, that he doesn't want to lose me and our children. Really???. I politely declined and told them to inform him that I will be joining the convent (hopefully he walks away after hearing that 🙂) so that door is closed, at least to him. I just thank God and celebrate my life every single day. Thank you Jesus🙏
 

By the way I just put in the inquiry with my Congress yesterday and they called back to let me know that they are already waiting in the uscis to respond,  so waiting anxiously and hoping for the best

Yes you MUST provide police clearance from ALL places you lived in the past 3 years.

Vawa Unit will not consider or take in to count any evidence sent by your abuser. No need to worried about that. ... You file on I-360 2016??? No RFE no movement from USCIS yet????? is almost 
3 years I think you should contact your congress office to inquired. Or Raise a service request. 

If you live in Russia you will have the interview in Russia. As far i  know the U.S Consulate closed is just the one in ST. Petersburg. You don't have to pay USCIS fees to file form I-360. I had several cases of clients that lived abroad and applied for VAWA. 
 

It will not affect your VAWA case  what he will tell to the IO, but i believe he will withdraw the AOS and the USCIS will deny the AOS,  and you should refile another AOS after the denial, but go to the interview as well.

Dont be afraid my dear... its painful he knows ur interview time already, his wickedness will not take him anywhere,... the worse he will do it to withdraw the i485 he has filed for you.. but there is another way out,.. as long as he his a USA citizen,  you can file another i485 form , and i765 (EAD)form .. pls dont let him know u filed i360 vawa.. even if he can not do anything to the application,  just avoid him knowing.. .. God bless and protect you...

My evil of a husband is threatening that he will go to my i485 interview marriaged based no matter. He will spew lies and talk about me. I already have prima facie and was going to the interview hoping the io will hold my case pending i 360. I’m afraid his words is going to affect my i360. My fault I didn’t pursue the case and restraining order extension! He played me that he’s changed. Glad I didn’t cancel i360 for this interview!!! I’m scared! 

If you live in the US less than 3 years you should submit it. One from where you reside now and other from wherever you lived for more than six month for the last three years. If yes do it as soon as you could and I advise you to send it to USCIS because it is a must.
