Visa interviews
JeanneAdil replied to LabyrinthFriend's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports
make sure the ds 160 is filled out accurate sorry u all wait so long but the number of visa applications has skyrocketed in the last 4 years making the wait long 1 of the issues, in the embassy itself, is the computers (internet ) goes down often what to do right now? USC make sure the 2023 tax returns are done as soon as possible as u r looking at a interview after april 15th as soon as u prepare those taxes , make a certified copy of 1040 with the W2 and any 1099's check out the I 134 form to see if its got a expired date on it get proof of US residecy to the Morocan any previous marriages, need original court papers or death certificate the Moroccan get your 2 criminal reports done/ don't worry that 1 says expires in 90 days, our case sat at NVC for a year and we didn't need a new one Police certificate (fiche anthropometrique) and English translation Court record (casier judiciare) and English translation Singlehood certificate and English translation Ds 160 is for the Moroccan to fill out so make sure the current location is city (or town) in Morocco not the US address he will live at Moroccan birth certificate (oriiginal ) plus English translation (don't worry that this also says expires in 90 days) -

JeanneAdil replied to MohammadBHussain's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
No the emassy will deny any petition K1 or CR1 as Mississippi. It is illegal in Mississippi for first cousins to marry, have sexual relations or cohabitate. Search this site and u will find other cases that found this out the hard way u can move to another state that allows 1st cousins to marry it would not help it is illegal -

Acc/Ftj printed for me
JeanneAdil replied to Hamdy ELgallad's topic in Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America
What does ACC FTJ mean? FTJ means "follow to join." ACC means "accompanying". You simply will need to prove, when you arrive, that your relative has already entered the US. You can do that with a photocopy of the entry stamp and I-94 card, which you should carry with you when you arrive, if you arrive after and not with your relative.Jul 28, 2018 -

1A4 Denial Twice Now
JeanneAdil replied to SamLo's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports
He has messed up and u, the USC, can not do anything at this point He needs to comply with the embassy and civil surgeon to pass the medical He was given a year to prove he could stop the drug use for a whole year not just a few months You say WE don't have the money to travel / s this is not your responsiblity /its his He can afford to indulge in smoking pot, he should use that money towards the trips needed for tests You should read what a US lawyer says "communication with that doctors office over the course of the next 12 months and have to be tested up to 4 times over the course of the year and he's going to have to attend drug classes and treatment to make sure that he's clean https://hackinglawpractice.com/what-if-i-flunk-my-immigration-drug-test/ U should also understand that the embassy can still deny if they think he is doing things to bypass the system in between the testing -

JeanneAdil replied to Ismail-1989's topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
if u r refering to the I 864 from the joint sponsor it expires 31st of December so u should send this ASAP with supporting W2 and/or 1099's and the I 864a from the joint sponsor spouse / along with supporting documents like Proof of residency . always include case #, both names and the DoB's for the petitioner and bene or the embassy will not know what case the joint sponsor is going to AND all the other things listed on the 221g important to get all these chats from 2020 to present done If USC is not working to satisfy the CO, the case will be sent back to USA and a NOIR or NOID will be issued https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-864.pdf -

If USCIS or NVC or the CO at embassy asks for a document, the case will go further until u send it u share assets by living together even if u file MFS as any property gained after a marriage u have acquired assets deemed jjointly owned like a new car even if only 1 name is on it “Commingling” generally refers to the mixing of funds. When we’re talking about a married couple, the legal explanation of commingling notes “certain assets acquired during a marriage as being jointly owned by both spouses. If a spouse mixes their separate property with marital property, such as in a joint bank account, and there is later a divorce, then the spouse risks forfeiting some of the separate property when the marital property is divided.”

I got NOIR
JeanneAdil replied to Jrmorad's topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports
USC needs to address the CO's issues with actual proofs that the concerns are not valid respond to the NOIR in US office OR refile and address them with a new I 130 but they need to be addressed for all issues
