K1 visa application
JeanneAdil replied to Mahned's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports
you need to stay positive but since country is Iran , you will face longer times for security checks Pray Trump does not impose the ban again on Iran Praying for the 2 of u -
Trump can do what the law allows- Presidental orrders / he banned several counties as " Proclamation 9983, Improving Enhanced Vetting Capabilities and Processes for Detecting Attempted Entry Into the United States by Terrorists or Other Public-Safety Threats . He also is after those illegals that flowed into the USA What u need to concern yourself with is the Republican Congress under republican President as Congress can change immigration laws and rules . Trump announced (past 2016 election ) he wanted to stop "chain migration" Will he follow thru? Can all he says be done in 4 years? https://thehill.com/newsletters/1230-report/5030223-taylor-swift-eras-tour-ends-trump-day-1-plans-jan-6-mass-deportations/ Will Trump follow through with mass deportations?: He says yes. Families where some are here legally: He said families with mixed immigration status could be deported together to avoid being separated. Birthright: Trump says he still intends to end birthright citizenship. That will likely face legal challenges because the 14th Amendment states that “all persons born” in the U.S. are citizens. Dreamers: Trump said he wants to find a way to help Dreamers stay in the U.S.

JeanneAdil replied to yetanotherfaery's topic in Europe & Eurasia (except the UK and Russia)
Procedure for Obtaining: Birth certificates can be obtained through the https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/ website by personally applying to the General Directorate of Civil Registration and Citizenship (Nüfus ve Vatandaşlık İşleri Genel Müdürlüğü) or to Turkish embassies/consulates abroad. -
she needs to follow the site fingerprints are needed from designated centers to allow her to do online (or in person) criminal report Number 3 on the site says 3. Fingerprints: You will need to provide your fingerprints. This can be done electronically or through traditional ink methods at designated centers. they will check and compare those fingerprints with the ones embassy will do at interview

If your IR1 interview is cancelled, you would typically need to contact the U.S. embassy or consulate where your interview was scheduled to reschedule through their online portal or by calling their designated number; they will be responsible for setting a new interview date. online scheduling is for K1 , B1 , etc not IR1

Some top universities in the USA offering degrees in agriculture and plant science include: University of California, Davis, Cornell University, University of Florida, Iowa State University, Purdue University, Michigan State University, Rutgers University, Texas A&M University, and Oregon State University I would contact one of the above and ask to speak to a consular who can advise and direct u to the proper area for work or advance US degree whatever u prefer. these colleges also have a list of job openings that may offer u work or research grants

Then the spouse must do I 864 a tried to help and u must follow rules here and not condemn the questions / don't insult those trying to help as the I 864 needs to be filled out by the USC and there will be many such questions like did she file taxes, its important she fills out the form and signs it and understands the liability and any mistakes on it come back to haunt u in the process. Good juck to u both

n Texas, the state allows each district decides to set its own open enrollment policies. Open enrollment refers to whether parents can send their children to any public school, regardless of where it is located. Parents wanting to transfer their child to a different public school than the one they are assigned should contact their local school district to see if this is an option. the new school will determine the criteria https://myschoolchoice.com/state-roadmaps/texas-school-choice#:~:text=In Texas%2C the state allows,of where it is located.
