I’m in Milwaukee and a May filer (May 26th). I’ve heard nothing as of yet but I know how backlogged everyone is so I’m not expecting to hear anything anytime soon. 😕

After looking and looking and not finding an AOS Wisconsin FB group, I created one. Find it as Adjustment of Status Wisconsin If you know somebody else in the same process in our state, let them know and join!

We received all 3 of our NOA1‘s in the mail today (I-485, I-765, and I-131) so I’m excited that we have passed the first of many phases. 
 
Could someone please tell me what the next uscis.gov status is after “fingerprint fee received” on the I-485?

Just an update for anyone else who recently filed:

Mailed packet: 05/22/2020
Receipt received today: 06/04/2020

I noticed that between sending to NOA-1 this is around 1-2 weeks. People first if not rejected get text messages and then hard copies for a couple days

During my K-1 visa process we received RFE around 4 month after filling form. So, I don’t think that if they will send RFE they will send this immediately. Also, one of my friend from California got biometric appointment around 1 month after sending. So, it can be.

I was wondering if you made it or were going to make it across since all this started. Happy you had no issue. 🙌

I wanted to let you all know that I crossed by land at Port Huron in Michigan today with my K1 with no issues! 

I got confirmation from a few CBP officers in different areas that confirmed as of now they are processing K1s so should be good at a land border as well.

I wonder if the same will be true for K1 land crossings. I'm going to attempt to cross tomorrow so I'll keep everyone posted. 

As others have mentioned, we don't know. They specifically made it vague to limit people crossing. They listed a few people as essential, a few as non-essential and left the rest as grey area. I believe we will be allowed across as we are migrating and coming from a country with much less cases. 
 
Despite the closure being announced on Wednesday the 18th, the closure did not come into effect until midnight on Friday the 20th so unless someone crossed on the Saturday the 21st, their situation will be different from yours. 
 
IMHO, I would show up looking healthy, be respectful and have a few reasons why you leaving now is necessary. 
 
That said, I will be flying out of YVR on tuesday on my K1 visa so I will update with my experience.

Had interview today, got approved! They said it should take 2-3 weeks to get visa :). Thank you everyone here for all your help!

I'm sorry to hear about your fiance and hope everything turns out OK. Fingers crossed that you have it tomorrow as promised! Keep us posted. 

Literally, as soon as it's in my hand. I had to book my flight for Thursday because of an emergency medical situation with my fiance. I guess if it doesn't show I'll have to re-book it, but fingers crossed that's not the case! Purolator does say it will be here Wednesday.
