No nothing....... getting worried 😔

I saw in the case tracker app today, there are about 3 or 4 cases approved today for EAC filers, ranging from EAC1990122000 to EAC1990122499

A July filler got approved on a Facebook group, SRC
 
 

I received the letter saying my case was transferred to the National Benefits Center, which means I'm probably getting an interview. More wait, yay! 

It went surprisingly well, actually.  Our application was approved about a month later, without requiring an interview. 

It could be they are about to approve your ROC without interview and wants to know if you are still together. Send them documents gathered since you applied for ROC because you can’t give what you don’t have. It’s better to respond with a cover note explaining what you are sending if not sufficient. I believe you will be called for interview if not enough.

i would send again all documents that you have but for the last 10 months...plus copies of driving licenses with the same address. Good luck! 

Vermont filer here, today I got an update saying my case is being transferred, but doesn't say where or why. I'll have to wait for the letter to see what's happening.

Hanna, don’t worry please. I looked at case tracker app again and saw that literally almost every case from EAC got RFE recently, but at least they work on it...

RFE is not quite a bad thing, don't worry for now, wait for what they require and prepare one more package. At least they are looking at your case now. Best of luck to you

Thank you for sharing your opinion and I completely agree with you. 
My personal opinion is that we shouldn't be affected because his reasoning behind this executive order is more economic and save the jobs for Americans which would not help his intention if he was to stop our process because we ARE ALLOWED TO WORK.

I'm getting anxious:)) checking the website every day...as there seems to be movement for July filers but not Vermont 😕

As i had mentioned before the new immigration policy will not impact us. Trump just signed the 60 day policy. This will take workload off current immigration officers and help us boost our files.

What center? And can you share where were you checking the status,  because I know there are a few websites/apps?

I agree with you. Every center has completely different schedule of things and speed time. I'm Vermont too. Got my extension letter I believe 2 weeks after and biometrics in less than a month.  After that haven't heard anything.  So you are saying that Vermont wait time is about 12 months? 😣😫

And what center are you at? 

They are at MSC - National Benefits Center..where it seems like most original CR1 cases are going and they are moving much faster than the other service centers.
