Update: I had my interview yesterday (N400 with a pending I751). We had the same officer from the I485, she didn't even bother asking for evidence and went straight to civic test. I passed the test! She said she'd request my 751 to be transferred and then approve both. Now just waiting for that to happen so I can attend the oath ceremony.

Same, Tampa, FL. Filed on May 7th (online) based on 3 years rule. @bullittbirant

May filler.
Checked the case tracker today and found an update! N400 Interview was scheduled and I should receive a letter with details in a few days. I have a pending 751, and I applied for N400 last month, so I'm assuming this will be a combo.
Please share any link that would help me gather documents and anything that could help to get prepared. Thanks!- Carla1483, Jon & Ygritte and djawal

Hello everyone!
I have decided to apply for N-400 to try and get my I-751 processed since Potomac is so slow. Uscis received my N-400 on 5/7/23, then 2 days ago I received a letter that they’re able to reuse my fingerprints from previous application. When should I expect my case to get transferred? And what should I expect next? Thank you in advance! -

Cool! Did you get a text notification for it? Or a NOA?
Only got the email, I’m hoping the letter gets here soon.

How far apart from the case received does one get the notification that biometrics are waived? (if so)
My case being processed in Potomac and took a little over 3 weeks. Check my timeline if you want specific numbers.

Had my interview last Tuesday everything seemed good it lasted only for like 20 minutes, only thing we were missing is my wife’s ( petitioner ) passport style photos and IO said she’ll send an RFE and wait for our response to it, 1 hour later my I 130 changed to RFE was sent and my I 485 changed to interview was completed and case must be reviewed.
Do y’all think I will get an approval as soon as they get the response to the RFE ? Which is already delivered or I’m gonna be waiting forever?
Thanks in advance -

We did our interview yesterday. The interview was maybe 10-15 minutes. Asked to see our rings, new photos, K1 Visa, AP/EAD card and joint bank accounts. He also asked if she has health insurance. We provided him copies of proof of insurance, proof that she is my beneficiary on my 401k and tax returns (he didn’t ask for any of that though). He asked me if I knew her parents names and occupations and how we met. All they asked her was the yes and no questions on the AOS form, such as drug trafficking and terrorism. Also said wow you speak English lol
Our case has changed to case under review. I guess we will just have to wait some more while they decide if we get approved or not.
I also had my interview yesterday and got the same update « interview was completed and my case is under review ».
i have no clue how long we gonna wait again 😩

Hey all! Hope everyone is doing well.
Soo, today I got the dreaded RFE notification. How long did it take for you guys to receive your letter in the mail?
I'm irritated, but it's kind of a relief to know they are actually working on my case. I have my biometrics Nov 1. So, it took two weeks to get to a new status update. (LOL, this is the only way for me to feel positive about the situation)
Got the notification on the 12th and received the letter on 16th
