I did a new “Outside of processing times” request the other day and I just received the response. We were approved! Our PD is June 22, 2018

Hopefully this doesn't come off as passive aggressive, because it's not ment to be. I'm just curious the reasons, but why are those of you who are together already freaking out the same or in some cases more then us who are apart for nearly a year or more? Once again, not trying to be an a-hole or suggest anything, just curious. 

Hi all!  I have news, today my husband called to USCIS and the officer said that our case was approved on June 17th, but status on the website still has not changed, we haven’t any news on emails and by mail  .  My PD July 9th.  If someone is near my date, you'd better call the USCIS and find out about the approval of the officer .. Very happy now waiting for the next step, I wish you all good news!!!!

Sooooooooooo Approval for July 9th in the house!! IR5 mother, Received via letter today, website and App still not updated, says approval was 6/20 so last Thursday!! I’m very happy, but feel the pain of those still waiting, it will happen for you too, Best of luck fellow Nevada sufferers x

basically the CO did not believe the relationship was real
 
other reasons:   
use of drugs 
immigrant shows signs of TB 
immigrant will become a public charge
sponsor had insufficent income 
and so many others at the discretion of the CO at the interview
