  1. Hello everybody!

Sorry for being nosy but I'm desperate for an answer lol...

1.- So my husband just paid de NVC fees and I was wodnering if we could ask them to expedite our case if we haven't submitted documents yet and

2.- In case they approve it, how am I going to fill out the DS-260? How would that work? THANKS!

  2. Hello again @pushbrk

Now I'm at the NVC stage, I'll check yes in " where you ever removed from port of entry " and " Have your visa ever been revokeed or cancelled "

But what should I check on this one? Thank you very much. (I stayed for 4 months with a tourist visa on 2018 went back to Mexico and when wanted to cross back CBP told me I could not get in, cancelled my visa for 1 year).

Hello, I was wondering if anything ever came of the partial document you saw uploaded.  I went on my USCIS account today and noticed the uploaded document only includes like half of the pages from our petition.  I'm now nervous that they don't have all of our application.  Sounds like maybe the same thing happened to you?

    Thanks!

Hey! That never changed, I could just see one page from the entire package but don’t be scared it’s normal, I got my approval already by the way so don't worry!

I know a first degree relative can request it in Mexico City.   I'm not sure what other options there are.

Have you tired the Polica Estado in Monterey yet?

I was able to get a Sonora one in Hermosillo - for a similar purpose.

🤔 I’ll ask tomorrow to a lawyer who works for the same company as I do so I can probably just go to another state, thank you so much!

sept 11 for us. it’s really disheartening. trying to stay positive but it’s honestly so hard at times. all this mess going on in the world and you just want to be with your spouse and can’t be... it’s a bit unfair, ya know?

    It is, I’m August 30th 2019 and it’s frustrating/depressing

    Yep. July 23rd here. 🙁

We had thought that by the end of this year we would be living together. Now we're thinking it will be end of 2021 by the time all is said and done since the Mexican consulate was scheduling interviews out 10+ months BEFORE the pandemic started.

Add in that we had to cancel our visit (our flight route was grounded March 20th), we won't be able to celebrate our 1st anniversary together, AND it will be at least another 3 months before we can see each other...my husband is not handling any of this well. I've been attempting to keep both of our spirits up but it's starting to put a strain on my depression.

I know you all get it and are equally frustrated so thanks for giving me a minute to vent.

I feel you. My PD is August 2019 but we’re in the same exactly situation. If you ever wanna talk message me. Cheer up!

    Hi, Friends

I filed form i130 for my wife in Aug 2019.

Now I have following status of my file in Online account:

    February 23, 2020

    In Process
Your benefit request has been accepted and is under review.

Any idea how log it will take:

And whats going on at this stage.

    Regards.

My PD is also August 2019 but my uscis account says March 16th 2020, no idea about what’s going on, my service center is Nebraska.

    Hello,

I wonder ,the nebraska service center is open and working or not? my PD is 15 feb. I submitted an inquiry and received a reply from uscis two weeks ago that my case is under the process to review by a officer. Can someone help me. Why they are delaying the processing.

    Thank You,

    Aman

Every case is different and some of them need more investigation for their backgrounds, that’s what I was told when I asked them.

I'm a nurse and I work full-time. I'm grateful that I have a job and i am able to help the community during this virus outbreak. I'm just tired of living alone and waiting. Being away from each other during this pandemic really hurts. My husband is concerned about my health as I am getting exposed to the public everyday. I'm taking all the safety measures but the increase in the number of COVID19 cases in U.S scares both of us. It's been 7+ months since I filed. Nothing yet. I hope I get to live with my husband before this virus kills me.

I never thought Potomac would slow down like this😔

I was really hoping that my husband would get here this summer but I don't see that happening with what's going on around the world now.

My heart goes out to all those who are going through a rough time!!

Well I feel you. The waiting game is killing us slowly, my case is in Nebraska and I’ve seen people getting approved on my same PD and nothing for us, I’m sick and exhausted of this but what can we do? I just keep praying and praying that soon I’ll get my approval. Good luck and cheer up.
