So...I followed your lead and double-checked mine on both.
Of all 4 applied for, only the I-485 app shows the same date from the "old" site to the "new" site.
The NEW site shows 2/12/2019 received for all 4; only the OLD site shows the I-485 as 2/12/19, while the other 3 apps actually show 2/8/10 - 4 days earlier.
Go figure. ?!?! I'm loitering here (January filers) as well as February filers, because they received my apps on 1/28, but for some very strange reason, took until 2/12/19 to notify me of my NOA1s.
With so many more-recent applicants reporting further progress in their applications than ours, this either means we're just lagging slightly compared to them, or ours are being handled differently for an as-yet unknown reason. I am NOT under a K1-Perm AoS. I am already here (have been, legally, for several years under TN-status), so I'm wondering if that ALSO has something to do with handling differently.
As usual, more questions than answers...
Well..... I search for my NOA1 and realized my receipt date January 15. But for some reasons it is sad that some people are getting their documents processed fast. My attorney tried e-request and they say I am within the normal processing time.

My status has not changed after i did my fingerprints last friday. I dont know what is taking them so long.. my status still says we have recieved your response for RFIE
Sorry you have received RFIE. But just hope for the best. I had RFE before I did my fingerprint and after they received my RFE response that is it. No update yet.

Hi everyone! How long does it normally take for the status to change from fingerprint fee was received to biometric scheduled?
Thanks!
It should take a week or 2 after receiving NOA1. The NOA2 will tell you about your bio appointment.

I think if we go for interview and they give the green card there is no need for ead/ap im not sure......
Of course. When you are approved for gc which you will, there is no need to wait for ead/ap

Coming from the King of Pessimism (it's really not a beautiful town, but you're welcome to visit if you like... haha!), I appreciate YOUR optimism, but I highly doubt it.
Just wasn't our luck to get processed quickly.... Ugh!
Congrats to you, though.....
It seems so. But let hope for the best.
K1 visa is such a frustrating journey to trend on. We all wanna support our household because living on single income is difficult.
USCIS, please process my EAD/AP very fast for me because you received my AOS application December 31. I am tired of waiting!!!

Yay! I’m so excited because I’m ready to pass my CVs. I’m already a license nurse here and I can’t wait to finally look for a job.
CONGRATULATIONS to some of the January filers who have been approved for ead /AP. At least some of us are being hopeful

AP application case status says "Case was received". How long will it take from this status to getting card in hand? Also, since AP has no update, does this mean EAD and AP will be combo card or not?
New Card Is Being Produced
On April 3, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC1990XXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
CONGRATULATIONS!

Hi Guys,
we finally got our interview letter and we are scheduled for the 2nd of May for our interview, just a quick question will it be safe to travel on a conditional green card to foreign country? I mean can they still have an obligation at the port of entry if your green card is conditional?
Wishing you luck!

It is very sad to be waiting for a good news. I talked to my attorney and he tried sending e-request to USCIS about my case and the feedback is "I am within the normal processing time." I hope they approve me fast. 😔

That's totally normal. If you were missing anything else, they would have contacted you. Once they received your RFE response, your case goes back in the queue to be worked and sent off to your LFO. I waited almost 5 months after I sent my RFE response with no status update, and finally today my interview was scheduled.
5months..... Is a long way to go. But how long did it take for you to get you ead? I am just waiting to hit 60+days and if I don't hear any decision made on my RFE, then I will begin to call them😌

Might need to find a 4-leaf clover in that garden...to finally feel like you're getting some of the "luck" everyone else is getting.
I might just pan for gold... Bwahahahahahahaha!!!
At least it's finally starting to feel warmer out for that garden work. Well, not so much here, but maybe where you are?
Yes it is getting warmer for me here in Idaho. Where are you located? I wish USCIS will employ more people to get this process moving faster for us.

No kidding...since December 31st?? I'd be calling them and requesting some kind of factual update. That's bunk!
My bio's were done at the beginning of March, completed just 2 days later, and since then...squat. While others, as you can recognize, too, are getting interviews scheduled and even attended. None of this makes sense, by virtue of the broad differences in how we are corresponding on here.
These matters are EXTREMELY important, and treating some applicants as a "luck of the draw" in how quickly they are processed, is not how you deal with people's livelihoods.
My attorney has not received any kind of RFE at this point. Makes me wonder, has anyone even taken a look at this case (even though we've already done bio's), or are we just waiting on getting an RFE, which will further exacerbate the delays in processing. Yeesh....
I have been frustrated to the extent that I decide not to worry to much about this. I had RFE on January 28,and responded to it. USCIS received my response on February 12. Had my bio on February 5 and now I am stuck in the traffic. Hahaha.... My attorney said they will work on it. But seems nothing is happening. After I hit 60+ days of submitting my RFE response, I will start calling them.
Working in my garden wishing for luck.

As a January/February "straddler"...all I keep getting are these useless email non-updates. Give me something I can actually use, or save the spam...
We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time
We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on March 5, 2019.
Sign in I know we are all frustrated but let me laugh small...😃😃😃. Others are getting good responses and you are still getting that message. Wow.... You are not alone. I am stuck at "On February 12,2019 USCIS received your Response to the Request for Initial Evidence" for my I485 and "Case received on December 31, 2018 for my EAD/AP.
Wishing us luck.

Did you receive an RFE for I485 or EAD/AP?
I received the RFE for I485 and it has been 49days today and I have not heard anything. So I am waiting and waiting.

Hi everyone. I sent out our AOS October 15th, and we got a RFE in February about our co-sponsor and had to resend financial info/documents.
We just sent that in last week, because we have been crazy busy with many things.. we had until May to send the documents in though, so we are fine.
I realize sending it in later rather than sooner will push us back a bit, but when can I expect some progress from the RFE?
Per my research uscis takes about 60 days to make a decision on RFE or it can go beyond that. But nobody knows. They can make a decision on yours very fast or it will take long. Today is my 49th day of waiting for a decision to be made on my RFE. So waiting here

JESUS CHRIST. we sent the 2017 tax return as my husband literally can’t get the 2018 yet. He’s a surgeon with his own practise and the eye centre and his accountant have requested an extension (which has been granted) to file as they can’t get their heads around the new tax laws. This is great. I hope we don’t get an RFE but that doesn’t seem likely.
Just hope for the best. Maybe the IO working on your case might not RFE you. This immigration process is like a soccer game we are playing. Some get luck to score at the very beginning of the match and move on to the next level. Others struggle just to make it to the next level. But in the end all will play the soccer game. 😊

They need 2018 tax return
Yes they need 2018 tax return. So I send them the 2018 tax return on February 12. So now I am waiting for them to make a decision on my case.

I'm sure it's in local office already.
I started to see a trend of people getting EAD/AP approvals around 80-100 days mark. So that's a really good sign. Especially with your NOA date.. I saw a couple between 1/1 and 1/10. Give it a couple of weeks, i'm sure you're close.
You had RFE for EAD or AoS?Rfe was for AOS. And my NOA1 is January 15. Well, there is nothing I can do than to wait and wish for a faster processing for us. So I get myself distracted by working in my garden.

Hi all,
Don't think about those projections. All we got is "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview". As i said, USCIS is midway through December, if you look herehttps://www.visajourney.com/timeline/eadlist.php?cfl=&op5=4,7,11,12
Even some January filers are starting to creep in too. They gonna finish up with "Novemberers", and pick up January, which is us! November, December, January is the least busy time of the year for USCIS. Least amount of applications, so we're on a good track! Give it a couple of weeks and you'll see "card is being produced" popping up here. Hang on tight.
Some of us who got RFE are stuck at "response to RFE request has been received by USCIS " I hope things move faster for us.

Yup! I just kinda confused coz its says in my email April 29 EAD / April 23 AP
but in my timeline its between April 6 -19. Which is which? Kinda confused!
Crossing my fingers hoping for the earliest dates.
Please BE GOOD TO US APRIL 😄
This is indeed confusing with visajourney's approval date in our email and the approval dates on our immigration timeline. Gosh..... We all want the earliest date. I am tired of waiting. 😔
