The documents they took was DS-160, I-134 and federal tax documents.
Questions:
Where did we meet. 
When was your fiance last visit.
How many times did fiance visit.
Why hasn't she come back since 2017.
Approved!
 Those were the only questions.
They handed him a stack/ loads of documents I had USCIS send to Consulate. 
It appears they studied our case very well before the interview and knew that we have an authentic relationship. 

No previous denials. Four visits. We did not request interview transcript. We are just elated for our approval

Thanks for the information today, I rescheduled my and I got October is very open now 

Dates are open now for people who want to reschedule. I just booked September 26th. The only problem now is that the DS160 number on my booking doesn't tally with my original DS160 number.
 
I think someone had the same issues. How do I go about it please?

We got our email today also from Lagos so we will pay tomorrow and begin to look for dates. Please post when you get a date. I will be sure to do the same.

I did today after waiting for 2 weeks.. even if you called the embassy or email them they will tell you to keep waiting but you can try. Good luck.

I received my case number from the NVC today, August 1st, 2019. via email. My NOA2 was June 19, 2019. The USCIS officially sent our case to the NVC July 1st, 2019. The NVC received our case July 10th, 2019. 
 
This was after I inquired via email 3 weeks ago. They got back to me yesterday saying they had not processed my case number yet, and then I woke up to the email this morning.
