Hello, 

I have a similar question as I’m the petitioner. I just checked the NVC website and it said that: 

“Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center.”

Should I wait to complete the DS-160? How do you know where to go to schedule everything? 

Sorry, I’m nervous yet excited at the same time!

This might have been answered already, but what are the six steps that they are talking about in this pic? I gathered that they mean the instructions that we will receive when it reaches the consulate?!? Or for the UK, are there other steps that we need to take? 

Am I to do anything before they mail it off to the Embassy?

Good morning everyone,

Called NVC, they received our case on May 3rd, but still no case number yet. Should I wait a few days and call again for a case number or just let it run it’s course?

Good question, there are some countries that might take additional screening but nothing is really set in stone in regards to the waiting time, or so I’ve read.

What’s the new website? I thought that the site in Zoeeeee’s pic was the new site. I’m always confused when folks say the old and new website.

we did not expect anything before end of June and I wished to be able to move end of August but the plans are changing ! I’m so exited !!!!!

Yes, that’s what is meant. The NOA2 approval, then we’ll move on! This is getting exciting to me! I’ve been trying to keep myself busy!
