An NVC rep just let me know the Mumbai Consulate finally scheduled my uncle's interview! The best part is the interview is set before my cousin ages out of the file!!
I did send in an request to expedite the scheduling due my cousin's cspa timeline and my upcoming wedding, so not sure if that helped or not but so freaking happy!
Details:
F4
PD: 12/11/2003
CC: 12/27/2018
Interview: 04/25/2019
When was it scheduled???today?

Have you tried calling nvc about interview letter? Like they give case numbers over phone, maybe they can give interview date if they already scheduled. They send emails at a later time I think after scheduling date.
They will tell you that interviews are scheduled between 30-90 days so if you within that time you are still okay

Just received the following email 10 mins ago (They still working this late??), this is case complete right?
The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas.
NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in XXX, XXX to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable).
I checked CEAC and there is a message that says "all documents are received and approved"
I submitted my IV docs Feb 19. (The AOS was sent and accepted before that).
Wish everyone else good luck!
Congratulations!!!welcome to the case complete club....now we wait

via fast mail or uploading ?

You only send the copies if you doing via mail but lately they been asking us to upload on their website...the welcome letter will tell you which one to follow

Nope - I still have not had any additional contact from NVC. In checking the DHL shipments the day before I got the online notification of case complete I see NVC sent a package to johannesburg consul but no way to know if it was for us or someone else.
It’s a waiting game till they schedule the interview I also got documentarily qualified on the 27th so we wait, cause they only send the package after scheduling the interview

Glad to hear you were able to log in.
According to what KJ2 was informed by NVC as quoted below:
"... they said that it was unlikely that anyone could log in, but idk. They are 'aware of the problem and trying to fix it'."
"A friend of mine just got through to NVC and they said the problem lies with the new cases not being recognized by the system, hence the error we keep receiving."
As you couId log into the CEAC, I guess yours might not be considered "a new case" by the system, even though you received NVC notice after Feb. 20.
On Feb. 21, I and a friend of mine received NVC email providing an Invoice Identification Number (IIN) which has 5 letters and 11 numbers. The IIN looks like this: IVSCA000003XXXXX. With these IIN and case numbers we tried to log in but have repeatedly failed.
May I ask if your IIN looks the same, meaning the number part also starts with "3"? The IIN of my friend's niece is IVSCA000001XXXXX and she could get thru, however she received her IIN in Jan.
Thank you.
That’s how mine was and I did everything and got case complete mine was IVSCA000002*****
