Adding you as the beneficiary for a bank account takes a few minutes and it is done at your nearest branch.

The testament might take a little longer as witnesses are needed, and depending on the kind of will, a notary should be involved.

But you still have a month until your interview, so you have time.

Okay thank you  for answering those questions I appreciated much, I have now tips on those things

If he has a bank account, he should name you the beneficiary in case of death. Also, he should add you to his testament. Both documents are useful for the interview and a very important thing to do anyway.

Yeah you're right what if we process today that he must include me to those thing is it possible? He spoke it out coming from his that the house is automatically mine but surely I am not yet included on papers

Nothing at all, anyway my husband is retired and he's just receiving sss pension and we don't file any tax return nor affidavit of support on our AOS application but it goes well and we have upcoming interview next month I am just curious because we don't have those joint bank account or anything like what you've mention

    Good morning fellow Vegas filers

    Im in process of ROC.

I wish you all good luck. One qs though, for the guys in my shoe, what was your center?

How long after your case moved to vegas local office should we expect interview?

Is it like a long long period or are they backlogged?

I thought here in Vegas , the cases move fast on interview.

Thank you for your prompt replay.

Was more than one huh? 😂

Hello fellow las veganian's, how long it will change from "ready to be schedule for an interview" to interview will be scheduled"? Thanks

Would you say the same if for some reason you had to wait 210 days and sent a service enquiry and didn't get a response right away because an April filer was busy making service enquiries and wasting the time of the agents that could be responding to your service enquiry?

    Do you see my point?

Yeah i know right? Its good enough for me to nkow that they touched my files even no approval yet

Lol. NO! EVERYONE is in the same situation.

The timelines are 5 to 7 months as I posted in your other post earlier. I really need to work. Everybody in September needs to work. Same as October.

You are within normal processing times. You are not eligible to place a service enquiry. There are ppl waiting over 210 days. How is that fair that you think you should get yours first because you have been waiting 150?

Yeah i know i do understand what youre trying to say, but theres nothing wrong right?

Awww!😣😣😣 No sir/maam everybody are eligible to make service request depends on the situation because i really need to get work, I think for me is good enough to do it because i reach already 5 months right?

    @K1visaHopeful

Thats there responce, and I am happy because i findout that finally they scan my papers even though no approval yet

Well thanks for using USCIS resources so efficiently 🤔....no wonder all of the Septemberites who still havent been approved for EAD yet and who are actually eligible to make a service request are upset when it takes forever for their emails to get responded to.

    Exactly ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

You cant send a service request unless your PD is before September 18th, 2018. Your PD is November 23rd which is nearly two months after the date service request date. You cannot make one because you are not outside of normal processing times. You have a long way to go yet before you can attempt to do that.

I did and they responced me anyway that they will notify me if theres progress on my case😄😄

You would only be out of normal processing times if you applied before September 18th, 2018 if your case is at the NBC (MSC receipt number) as that's the current processing date.

    Are you?

    You can check that here:

Yeah my receipt is MSC, my PD was 11/21/18, and NOA1 11/23/18 since then no more updates thats why i tried to send an email to the USCIS and luckily they responced..hopefully this week or by the end of the month there will good news to all of us NOVEMBER FILERS🤞🤞🤞👼👼👼👼
