The received date corresponds with the dates on the scans, the old website and on the case tracker app. You can find the receive date in the top middle of your NOA-1 next to your case number.
The notice date is the date that the notice was sent to you, it has no other special meaning. That number is on the top right of your NOA-1.
Submitted date is the date that the case was submitted into the system and is used on the new website, it has no bearing on the scans or the app.

For the approved applicants that got the NOA2 in the mail, should I expect to see it through USPS delivery? Or UPS / FedEx?

I've seen a lot of people say they got their NOA2 in the mail and nothing updated on the online portals. Has anyone received notification on the New site and not the Old site? I've also seen responses the other way around, but just curious.

I received notification on the old site first. Then the new site the next day. I received the Hard copy 2 days after I received notice from old site.

August 20th petition was just approved yesterday, 1/11/2019. This group is awesome and really enjoy the support. Hopefully the rest of the process goes just as smooth.
