We had our interview last Thursday in the San Jose field office. We originally filed in Manhattan on Dec 2018, but changed our address last September. 
 
The interview was quite straightforward, we got there 30 min before our appointment and our interview started right on time, it lasted like 30 min. The officer was really nice, she went through the whole application, asked for updated documents for lease, work, tax reports, took a couple of the pics we had brought and my medical and that was it. She told us she had everything she needed but needed some time to go through the new documents. We left and less than an hour after I got the notification that my green card had been ordered!

I think they are referring to the case inquiry date, which is Nov 26 today. But unfortunately it doesn't seem that being out of "normal" processing times is that unfrequent....

229 days here, no EAD either... so frustrating :(

How complete is the information that you downloaded from the app? I have been tracking the 500 cases before mine, and I have observed that cases that change to "New card is being produced" or " Card was mailed to me" frequently lose the "I-765" or "I-485" tag, making them indistinguishable. For example, right now, from those 500, 40 have been "approved" overall, but when you go to specific categories and add the total amount of approved among all of them there are only 5 cases right now (only 1 is EAD, but a couple of days ago there were 9). Does the same happen when you download the data? Because that could explain why numbers are much lower than expected since the approved cases "disappear". 
 
 
 

I agree with jakejon, you should inquire, maybe your biometrics notice got lost. Getting your fingerprints taken on the border is not the same as biometrics.  I think you can ask about missing mail at egov.uscis.gov.
I don't know any specifics about F1/O1 AOS but I am doing J1/H1B AOS and the process is still the same than for the K1: submit the package, get the biometrics appointment in 1-2 months and then wait and wait...
My PD is 12/05 and my status is the same as yours, but I did have my biometrics appointment in January (a week after getting back in the country and being "fingerprinted" at the border).
