    Actually I’m not sure joe if it was processed online if I didn’t send it online.

     

    I mixed up something than.

    But. Still confused how could it happened that his case get another receipt number. And why. 

    Buy it doesn’t matter. 

     

    Just wanted to show it here for people who who will have the same IOE letters and tell that case will be processed so fast.

    I couldn't find my ex, he was in jail he only came out a a few months ago plus I didn't have the money and didn't have the courage to face him anyway.

    I cant wait for mine.. we have same timeline except i live in LA. filed in Oct 17 and got my approval April 19 @Triumphant

    No its not an issue at all. You will need a divorce judgement stating your name restoration to be able to get your documents in your maiden name. I guess you will have to wait till your divorce is done to get that name change on your coming GREEN CARD. Best of luck at your interview and if you dont mind please share your timeline.

    Oh, i think you should get the C31 EAD even though you didnt check that box. I also didnt check the box and i received one.

    AoS Interview date is in August-2019, 3rd week. 

     

    1. Can anybody help me when I can get Green card after AoS interview, as I want to book tickets for my home countries?

    2. also does my previous Vaccine record ( which I applied with my spouse, in 2015) is Valid or not ?

    Interview notes says " I-693 is not submitted or expired" 

    Congratulations and i wish you all the best. You will need a new medical to take along on the day of interview.

    I filed my VAWA case on January 31, 2018 and today it says  New card is Being Produced. My I485 was placed on Hold in the NYC field office when i went to the interview last year based on my ex husband I130 and they renewed the EAD Card based on my pending I485.

    we are kinda on Same boat... i get those updates every two weeks about we last took action on your case so so date but no updates too about my case transferred. Mine was approved in April 2019 tho

    Yea. Yes you never know. My Advance parole that was sent to me says expiry date of March 2020, even tho they sent in JUNE. But at the port of entry  recently, the officer informed me that it expires July 2020 lol.. and i didnt get an updated one from USCIS .

    When was your card production? Mine was March 28..and updated to approved on April 26th.. Looking like they are a bit slow these days. Oh and courtesy letter is a reminder from USCIS to update medicals that are expired prior to interview! 

    card production was April 25 and i received it April 30. i received approval letter and ead approval two days before card was delivered. However, my case didn't update online as case approved until June 6th
