    good morning everyone. hope you all had a nice weekend? I have a question about my advance parole.. it has been approved since march 12 and i am still expecting my advanced parole document. I have written Vermont a letter complaining about it but i am yet to hear from them. is there any other thing i can do to get this matter escalated? I already got a ticket going home for July 😢

    Yes i didn't want to ignore her response because she has been very helpful with us all here but i understood the explanation you gave me yesterday. we keep waiting... just anxious lol

    Thanks Sandra. I have a VAWA approval. I am OCt 2017 filer. I was just confused if my I485 was safe. because it was same one i used for my marriage based before the abuse.

    Thanks dear. i will wait for them to update is someday. i do have alerts. the last update was the last scheduled interview with my former spouse which i went for alone and requested for my file to be held because i had filed VAWA.

    It is well!  Just hang in there and be hopeful. its not an easy wait but it is one that is worth it at the end of it all.

    Hi everyone. I wanted to share my timeline with you. I am a silent reader and all of you have made me understand so many things without asking.

    I got a notification of card in production under my VAWA receipt and i understand this usually means an approval.  I am so excited that the phase is almost over and encourage everyone waiting to keep believing and be patient.

     

     

     

    I filed my VAWA in October 2017 - with a pending I485 from I130 filing with my abusive husband which was held in abeyance

    I received 4 Prima Facies in total

    NO RFEs

    Applied for Advance Parole - Dec 13 2018

    Got approved MArch 12 but no advanced parole document received till now

    I had a lot of issues getting my EAD card. I just kept getting the 6 months extension. I applied for extension twice

    The last extension was in Nov 2018

    Got approved April 19 2019

    Card in Hand April 18

    Notification under VAWA - Card in production April 25th

A month after i got my EAD (applied october 2018) approved too C9 but not valid for re entry was written on it. So i called Uscis today, spoke with a second level officer who said my biometrics is incomplete thats why i didnt receive the documents. Is anyone familiar with thia situation? Why did they approve me if they couldnt find my biometrics after they said i didnt need to do biometrics when i applied? I got my EAD IN hand with my previous biometrics. The officer promised to escalate my request. I just want to know if anyone has experienced thia before so he or she can guide me. Thanks guys
