Oh no, I'm so sorry for that delay! I filed married separately, and we asked my single brother in a household of one to be our joint sponsor to try to keep things as simple as possible. I'm still abroad, and I'm leaving in a few weeks to get things set up for us in the US. I hope the rest of your process goes smoothly!

It took a month, It went under supervisor review. I am quite mad because I submitted IRS transcripts and a salary verification from the employer, which stated the document was better than a W2. I figured the transcripts made the W2 not required..

Well our journey is finally over.  We were approved at the interview last Tuesday and the visas were listed as Issued on Thursday.  We are just waiting on the email from the delivery service and all three should be in the States next week.

Is the W2 accepted as well? Maybe you already clicked the main submit button. The files that were accepted don't need to be reuploaded. 

For the second screenshot, right above the REQUIRED AOS doc is there a "Submit" button on the upper right corner? Mine is in the submitted state, I clicked the button again and it didn't do anything. Maybe it's since my require documents had the RFE versus the optional.

Call to confirm the orientation of the photo, I would do that because you want to make sure before delaying your case any further...

Yes. All accepted. Received 2 emails, the 2nd one is that NVC will work on schedule interview now, and will advise the date.

They never really explain the inner workings of the NVC. As far as calling is concerned, I just keep dialing until I get through. Sometimes its the first call, other times its the 30th or 40th call. 

somehow, lately it's taking more than 4 weeks for them to review. expect some more delay.....
 
I'm on my 28 days today, been escalated to a supervisor for 7 days and the files still haven't been touched 😭

I just spoke with the NVC and they said things are slowing down. She didn't think my case would be touched until next week, which is my three week normal processing. She stated it could even be after that.... 
 
The NVC and USCIS is all a great big mystery! Hopefully those supervisors will crack the whip and get some case completes for us. 

Oh no. Until next week?! I hate these uncertain things.😭 some people got case completed so quick! Sigh......

I would like to share my experience just in case some of you may be in a similar situation.
 
My wife and I applied for her CR1 Spouse visa on 11/29/2018 and we were approved for an expedite by the USCIS on 4/22/2019. Within a week, her NOA 2 was Approved on 4/30/2019 and is currently being sent to the NVC. The situation that caused my wife to receive the expedite was she is pregnant and has had extreme complications throughout the pregnancy. She has been admitted to the hospital many times over the past 5 months and the doctor has instructed her she remain on bed rest for the remainder of the pregnancy because of an increased chance to lose the baby and she is not able to give birth naturally. This has also caused an extreme financial hardship because I have had to relocate to Bogota, Colombia to take care of her at all times in the day. I work as an investment professional and it is extremely important I visit clients face to face, as a result of my living situation I have lost business.
 
I applied for an expedite 2 times in April, which the first one was denied and the second approved.
 
I applied for an expedite in early April and was denied because the representative did not record the reason for my expedite. I only found out about this when I called the USCIS 10 days later and they told me the reason they denied it was because of insufficient evidence. I spoke with the initial representative for over 20 minutes and she only recorded for official record that I had a medical emergency and no details. After speaking with the different USCIS representative on a second phone call in middle April, she included all details in a second request for expedite. Then it was approved. 
 
Now we move onto the NVC process and I am hoping to expedite this as well because I want my wife to have American medical care when the baby is born. I am terrified of complications and want my wife and our future baby happy and healthy.
 
I hope for a speedy visa process for all, I shared this because it is possible to get an expedite if you have a genuine medical or financial emergency.
