Kat & K reacted to Greenbaum in APRIL 2019 K-1 NOA2 ----> NVC
The CO is only interested in the answer to the question "can the petitioner support the beneficiary so that they will not become a ward of the state". If the financial information that is provided by the petitioner can show any of the following then there is a reasonable chance there will be an approval of the financial question.
1. Is the petitioner increasing his net worth with moving from one job to another all the while increasing his income.
2. Is the petitioner a student who is graduating with a degree that would permit them to earn an income to support the beneficiary.
3. Does the family support the petitioner in way that "if" the petitioner were to "stumble" could the family step in and carry the burden till the petitioner were to find stable income
Now having said that the caveat is that each embassy and each CO uses a different yardstick of measurements for these situations. Not all embassy's will abide by this logic but most do.
Here is what most embassy's are looking for to prove what we are talking about:
EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or be a burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form (https://www.uscis.gov/i-134) K1/K2 Interview Preparation Instructions – English (February 2014) Page 3 of 9 with an original signature will be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134. Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

Do you mean the eligibility letter from the embassy? Or is it a different thing... Anyway, I also agree with the visa firm though. Why do we need a co-sponsor if the current income is above the poverty guideline? I mean sure, they didn't earn as much last year but what does it have to do with anything in the present? As far as I know, they don't want us to be a public charge when we get there. But still, there's a level of confusion inside my head because of the things that I read online haha

I'd keep all the names the same from document to document except where specifically it ask for a maiden name. I don't think that it does anywhere so i believe your safe. Why raise a red flag now.

If you bring it to their attention you leave yourself open to further scrutiny and the possibility that it's sent back. I think you let sleeping dogs lie. You can excuse this away as not sure what was needed.

Kat & K reacted to MarryAnn237 in November 2018 I-129 Filers
Hi everyone,
My boyfriend and I filed for the finance visa on 11/29/2018 and we just received our approval two days ago (Notice date of April 29th). My boyfriend received an RFE on April 10th in regards to his divorce papers. He was able to get a new and certified copy quickly and sent it back on April 16th (the service center received the RFE on April 19th). Therefore, we got approved within 10 days after sending back the RFE. It took a week for the approval letter to get to my boyfriends house. Also, neither, the old or the new website has been updated, not even when we received the RFE. The website still shows that they received our case in November. Therefore, for those who's website hasn't been updated either, don't give up! It obviously does not mean that the do not work on your case.

Double check but I believe Frankfurt has online submission of CRBA forms - that may speed up the process after the baby is here.

But your question was framed that you hadn't tried it before hence my notation that the hack may not work for you till tomorrow. Non taken.
Are you usong a span of dats within your search. It should turn up but you need the correct dates for the normal shipment. The back out and up to search on a span of dates to include those shipping dates.

Ach super, vielen Dank.
