No I applied roughly 2 weeks after arriving in the US so already had a SNN. 

So after having my work permit approved on Tuesday (December 1st), it came in the mail today. Super excited 

Just got an update on the uscis website. My work permit has been approved. It's changed to a card is being produced. Filed in June, got the I-765 rejected, refiled the I-765 in September and today it was approved.

I got a letter saying I don't need to do another biometrics appointment as they still have them on file from last year, hoping that helps speed things along.

I had a similar issue also, they rejected my EAD saying incorrect fee. They claim you don't get EAD and travel document fee waived when filing AOS, only one of them. 

Hey everyone. I'm a refiler. Came to the US July 2019 on a k1, married a week later and filed for AOS on August 2019. Got a denial stating we forgot the affidavit of support. Not sure if we did forget it or they lost it, so here we are filing June 2020 and starting all over again. Just wanted to say hey to all June filers 

I just had one of them rejected and spoke to someone at USCIS that has said they waive one of them and not both. So my work permit has been rejected

So officially got NOA1 in the mail today dated 24th June. Still waiting on NOA1 for work permit though so hopefully that will come Monday. They received the AOS file on the 3rd June 

I chatted with an agent on the USCIS website through Emma and they said to not expect text messages even if we included the G-1145. It solely depends on the officer that has our case if they want to send the texts or just the hard copies. He also said receipts are generated and sent within the 2 weeks after they receive the package. He told me to get in contact with them again next week since they didn’t have a receipt number for me yet. I mean this isn’t really new but just putting it out there just in case someone didn’t know!

Hi June filers! We sent out our AOS packet on June 15 via UPS. It was delivered on June 16th and signed for by Chyba. Waiting now to receive NOA1. Hopefully we submitted everything correctly 🤞. Good luck to everyone else filing!

So the USCIS received our file on the 3rd June and so far we've not had the money taken from our bank or received NOA1. Anyone else in the same position?

Hello everyone! June filer here. I sent out our AOS packet on June 4th, delivered June 9th and check was cashed out June 16th, but no NOA1 yet. So, is it safe to say our packet was accepted? Just waiting patiently to here any kind of update. Good luck to all of us here! We all got this!

Don't  fret Uncle Sam WILL get his money,  have no doubt about that.  It takes awhile sometimes, give them 30 solid working days before you freak out!
