I’m sorry maybe I’m doing too much, but I feel your category is different from CR1 or IR1 because you guys queue might be longer than CR1 kinda and  even if your PD is current and some people in your category is in line for interview they will schedule whoever the Pd is current before yours. For all you maybe people with PD January 2005 might be waiting too! Just saying tho🤷‍♀️

I received interview email this morning at 10am when I was at work dancing in joy after 7 RFEs and almost 6 months of NVC phase. Im so shocked and happy that we received our interview date within a week of CC. I am happy for the flood finally!!

Yes! Do you remember I said it’s in priority date not CC? If someone of PD of April  and someone of Pd of January are on CC, they will schedule January even if April PD have a CC before January so far January PD is on CC

Abi! Exactly what am thinking! People with PD 2017 are F category and they’re plenty and they will schedule CR1 or IR1 before them even if they PD is current. I bet you will definitely get June interview. Let’s wait and see sha

Okay! This is my guess, people with PD of 2017 are on IR-1 or CR-1 and they’ve F category which  mean their there might be long queue for them to get interviewed even if the priority date is currently. CR1or IR1 comes fast as we all know eve it F category have CC, I get get an interview before them (it’s just my guess though) maybe you should check a timeline too. Or what do you think?

My mom is a housewife. She doesnt work but my parents file jointly. So what we did was, we didnt bring in my mom in the case.

But a joint sponsor is someone who doesnt live with u, but is trying to help u meet the guidelines by helping u meet the poverty guidelines.

Hmm! Story time! We mistakenly added  joint sponsor instead of house hold memeber, so we contacted them to deleted joint sponsor for us! They put us on AP, for 6 weeks to delete joint sponsor and some reasons they said they will need to delete house hold memeber too. Another 6 weeks to do that only after my Senator was involved. And everything started back at March, so when I uploaded I864a they said I didn’t sign somewhere and rejected it, they rejected most documents they accepted in December already and I resubmitted on April 22nd! Got CC today May 3

btw @nyokie I resubmitted my tax transcript last night which was rejected all of a sudden after it was being accepted for months. 

But last night, I thought its better i just resubmit 

imagine i dont get a case complete after they accept my documents resubmitted on 04/18. 

 

Did you get your CC yet? Got CC today since December at NVC praise God! It’s a very tough journey with them. Waiting for interview now.

I’m with you. NVC held us down. Our case number was issued November but I submitted everything on Dec 8 that’s how we made a mistake with household memeber and joint sponsor. They took forever to help us delete joint sponsor. We just resubmitted their requested documents hope we get a good news soon.

Me too! We have been working with NVC since December. It took them months to remove my mistakes about joint sponsor instead household    member claiming its with supervisor They later requested I864A and even rejected the form again claiming one page wasn’t signed right. NVC really frustrating me and my husband. Anyway we resubmitted April 9th again and waiting for CC!
