Update: we met our trainer and told him we're married and that I'll have my citizenship interview on Monday and that we need the day off and he was happy for me and it's not big deal for the day off. I said  is not nice to have to ask for a day off on the first day i meet you and he laughed.
Thank you all for your help!  🤞🙌👏

You're right.the letter doesn't says to bring your spouse anywhere. I always read before it was good to bring him anyways at least to say hi and say his name.
It's absolutely a must when is a combo interview.
    Thank you for your help!!!

Most probably they will send us to different departments after the training.
Already have i751 approved some months ago. We were interviewed for almost hour and half so they pretty much knows everything about us. I was almost positive my husband has to go at least to show his neck there. Now you say they most likely not allowed him in the interview? He will kill me if i make him go for nothing 😂

So meanwhile I asked someone that referred us from inside the company and she asked around for us as well and told me to just go there in our first day and tell  the manager and they won't have a problem with that and with knowing we are a married couple. She said is not a big deal.
We applied for the same role separately and were never asked for marital status. I think they can't ask that when hiring
We just didn't say it yet to anybody besides who referred us who knows me from a past job.

Thank you all for your help!

So i Had my i751 interview past week. My US husband was called first by a very intimidating officer. We were the first couple of the day. Several others couples showed up and they where called by more "easy" officers that have them interviewed for less than 10 minutes in some cases. Here meanwhile i was waiting for more than 40 minutes until the officer came out to call me. He had me for another almost 40 minutes asking all kind of questions and matching my stories with my husband's. He ended being very friendly and told us he was satisfied with the interview but they have to do security checks and etc etc and that i will get an answer or if he needs more evidence will let me know. And here i am already 8 days and waiting. My case changed the same day to "Initial Review".
I guess i have to keep playing this lovely waiting game again...

    Hi everyone!!
MSC here. I got my appointment letter in the mail past week for an interview next March 10th.
I filed N400 on December 30th and already had that biometrics done past month (even when i had them done for the i751 too on July 2021).
I submitted the i751NOA with my N400 documents and also added a cover letter asking to have a combo interview.
Now my n400 status says Case  actively been reviewed ( or something like that)
Do you guys think i should go "prepared" for both interviews in case they decide there to do it in that same moment?
I would like to hear your thoughts ☺️
Thank you to you all for your help!
    And best luck to everyone!

Hello everyone!!! I just got an email two hours ago saying my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. I couldn't be as much happy as i would like because i am right now in my home country. I came 2 weeks ago to visit my parents and to have done a medical treatment and i have my flight back on December 3rd. Should i start looking to change my flight to go back to the US in around 10 more days or wait for the notice to get in the mail to see what will the interview date be? My case number starts with MSC and i checked at the USCIS field office locator with my zipcode and it says the corresponding ASC is Lawrence, MA. I'm half happy half worry now!!! I appreciate any thoughts. Thank you!!!

Thank you for your answer da95826!
That's the idea to get the combo interview and get done all together. What can happens in the case they schedule an n400 interview first? Can they have me done an i751 interview as well?
I am in a hurry to be done with all this honestly. But i don't want to fall in mistakes either.
Do i have to upload all kind of documents regarding proof of marriage again as i did for i751?
Do i need a lawyer for this?
    Thanks again!

    No problem.))

There is an online traveler's form you need to fill out for MA when you are about to return, and then a 14 self quarantine.  You can also go for a covid test after returning to reduce the self isolation time (need to wait until the negative result).

Twice I've used the Stop the Spread community testing nearby my home - it's free for MA residents.  Check MA's government covid site for testing options.  Have a safe trip, and bring your ROC NOA1 with you just in case.

Hello there Steve and thank you so much for your help.
Sorry about that my post it's confusing as my mind right now with all of this lol
It is correct what you are saying. My conditional green card is about to expire January 15 so I'm already in the 90 days window.
It's good to know there is no much problem coming back from overseas. I'm planning on having a test in my state when i come back.

I read this on my home country (Argentina) US embassy website:

"Passengers may be subject to CDC screening, health observation, and monitoring requirements upon reentry to the United States."

And they do require 14 days quarantine there but i was planning having a paid fast testing upon arrival so i don't lose too much time since I'll go for a month.

    Thanks again!!

    Then plan B is a solid back-up.
All of the Covid Presidential Proclamations have exempted US citizens and LPRs.
CBP can still admit you with expired 2-year GC. The obstacle would be the airline employees. In that case, you would most likely need to wait for I-751 receipt notice to be sent to your US address and your husband forward it to you.

Just a reminder that for I-751, the conditional resident is the "Petitioner." The US citizen is just the "Spouse" that signs Part 8: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-751.pdf
I mentioned biometrics because I was thinking about potential issues with Choice C.
  13. Thanks

Upon return, check if the requirements in your state have changed in any way: https://www.mass.gov/info-details/covid-19-travel-order

    Hi,

Your post is a bit confusing.  I interpreted what you wrote as you are the foreign national who is currently in the US, that you entered the US on a CR1 visa, and now you want to travel to your country and then return to the US.

    If this is correct, then:
    1. Your CR1 visa is no longer valid,  It is now your temporary green card (I-551 stamp).  You are now a US permanent resident.
    2. There is no nation-wide Covid restrictions in the US.  Each state has their own policies.  Check your home state for what you need to do when returning from overseas.  Also, if your flight connects through another state's airport, you are not restricted by that state's policy - only the policy of your home state.
    3.  You probably already know this, but check for travel restrictions of the country you are visiting.  They may have requirements.

OP already has 2-year GC. It expires in January 2021.
