I think NVC sent an email yesterday but I didn’t know because I didn’t get that. Only my lawyer got the email from NVC.

I think maybe the issue was his scanned copy was warn off in the fold. So it wasnt clear in that area. So today i took a picture of the copy i had n replaced the one we sent. It was my husband birth certificate I had to resubmit. It took 10 days for them to review it. It was finally accepted today and I got case closed email. The funny thing is I uploaded the same doc. Only zoomed it in and screenshoted it and upload it from my phone. NVC is crazy. At least I’m happy they accepted it today! 

Finally got case complete today!!! Now I’m in this group and waiting for interview letter!!!! Good luck to all of us!

I got documentarily qualified email just now! I will update my timeline after work. I pray for good news for all who are waiting. I pray for an interview date soon!

We paid the fees at NVC and now it shows paid. Currently filling out forms and affidavit of support. The picture we need taken does that have to be with eye glasses. I wear prescription eye glasses and my lawyer requested to take picture with it. Meanwhile I found that unusual so checked online and it says after 2016 all photographs for visa need to be WITHOUT EYEGLASS.
