I received a response from Montreal confirming the validity of the police clearance certificate to be 2 years.

Thanks for highlighting this discrepancy. I actually saw this yesterday myself and assumed, the new requirement was simply not updated. 
 
I just sent emails to both NVC and Montreal flagging this, and asking what the validity of the police certificate is for a candidate interviewing at Montreal. I will update all should I get a response.

FYI, titer tests don't check for tdap even if it's requested (at least not in BC, might be different in other provinces, I'd check with your dr).

Crossed the border on Friday, June 11 at the Port of Raymond in Sask. My husband, 4 kids, the dog and I all travelled at the same time.  My husband drove a UHaul towing our van, and I drove our truck towing my husband's work trailer.  We provided an inventory of everything we were traveling with, but they did not look at any of our belongings except for our food.  Processing took exactly 1 hr and was completely uneventful.  My immigration was processed fairly quickly and we also had to import 2 vehicles and a trailer (which seemed to take a bit longer).  All in all, completely painless experience!  
 
I was told to expect my SSN in 60 days, and my green card in 90.  They said things are taking longer than usual in that regard.

Sure, maybe they'll tell you they're reviewing your docs and you need to wait a few days, but also maybe there's an issue and calling in can get the ball rolling again rather than waiting another week just to find out there's an issue. 

Well since I went for fingerprinting the end of April and still haven’t received the results because of a glitch I might be the one to try this.

I don't think this forum should be used to debate the efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine. While everyone is entitled to their own opinion, perspectives that contradict that of the world's leading immunology experts risk promoting misinformation. My husband is having multiple surgeries this summer so we’re asking for an expedite and it’s been at the consulate since May 25. We are hoping for an interview as he is back to the states for more at mayo in July.

From my understanding of the videos, they're working on interviewing family preference categories that were originally cancelled back in March/April 2020. The tiers provide guidance but they don't mean that all of tier 2 has to be done before they can move on to tier 3. Also, this is just a theory, but with the US reopening, I wouldn't be surprised if there are a lot of dual citizens who decided to wait out the pandemic in Canada who now want to return to the US and need passports/CRBA, increasing how much time the consulate needs to spend on US citizen services.
