Many opted to use just the USC's credit and work history for the mortgage company. Then have both spouse's names on the deed. Now the cool thing about a Canadian if he has really good credit up in Canada and you can find a bank that is willing to check his Canadian credit report than you can use that. Check out the banks with a Canadian counter part.

We had a samsung side by side when we first moved here. It was one thing after the other. But we were told it was the economy fridge. So we bought another Samsung but French door. I loved it, it was huge which we needed. But then the middle drawer managed to cut the wire. I googled it and came across a FB group. I called Samsung and they agreed to a free repair. Turned out to be a big issue with Samsung. The FB group advised to put in a thermometer into the fridge. Turned out it wasn't keeping temperature and was the issue with my stomach trouble all those years between both fridges. I had so many tests, scopes and bloodwork. I called my GI specialist and told him about the fridge. Right away he told me to stop using it. After about two weeks of not using it all my stomach issues went away. It was out of warranty but thanks to the FB group I was able to fight samsung and got all my money back. I wanted another French door and why I went through 5 GE's with Costco. I gave them a chance thinking maybe it was due to covid and the chip shortage. But even when the last one was finally delivered without being busted up it did not keep temperature either. I think it has something to do with the ice makers being inside the fridge. If it was in the ceiling of the fridge it would have been better but that model didn't come in the size I wanted. So here we are with a Whirlpool side by side and not once does my alarm go off for bad temperatures. /knocks on wood.

Yes and you will need US insurance. If your car is not paid off you also need permission from the bank to take it.

Yes Samsung was a dud. So was GE went through 5 of those from Costco, finally told them to forget it is and give me back my money. If you have an older fridge keep it until you can no longer get parts for it. They sure are not making them like they used to. I'm surprised the Teck told you LG as a second. They are just as bad as Samsung, they use the same parts.

You cannot have her visit and do AOS that would be fraud and against the TOS of this site.

Yes you are a USC as you entered as a minor with the proper visa for permanent residency. Now that you have all the documentation apply for the passport.

Having USC children does not change the wait times of a K1 visa interview. The wait times are depending on the country they are being interviewed at. In fact they CO would not even know there are USC children until after the interview is set and the file on the desk.

Yes then you fill out the proper form. I cannot remember which form or if you do it online. Others will be able to help with that. Except with assuming a married name is not the same as a court order name change. A legal name change with the courts is way different than assuming your spouse's name.

We have also seen where the IO has denied the name change request and told them there is no need and just start using it.

That is part of the reason I end up doing it. I'm already home all day long, but I have other things to do too Don't rush school. Another reason why I homeschool. So much more freedom. We don't live as far from my parents as PRG, but it was about that long between visits. It sucks too, the older boys haven't seen my parents in 12 yrs, my mom passed away last year and they weren't able to get up there. Four of us are going up there in a few weeks, then when we get back two of the older kids will head on up there too.

I managed to get the front yard lawn cut. So far half the backyard is done. I need a break!!! Tell me again why the person with the most allergies and asthma is the one cutting the grass!!! The Hillbilly is lucky I like him If it wasn't for the major hill we live on the front yard would be doable for the Jedi, but I have managed to slide right into the road. So no way will I have the Jedi cut it.

How old was the child when you married? How did they enter the US?
