Just as a side note from my experience: I had my biometrics scheduled for Christmas Eve of last year but when I got there, there were signs on the door to say the office was actually closed on the day (with a lot of people having turned up).
 
The USCIS website has a section for office closures which would be worth checking closer to the day and on the day of your appointment just to make sure it is actually open especially if you have a long journey to get there. 

We submitted in November 2019 and have been "Ready to Schedule" since January. I remember SF already had a long wait time when we submitted, so with everything that's gone on/going on, I can only imagine it's longer now. 

Got my Green Card in the mail today!!

I got my case number !!!!!!!  
 
I was soooo sad today because USCIS told me they hadn't even sent my case yet.... Guess everyone who said they don't know anything was right because I called NVC and they had the number ready for me!  What a roller coaster of emotions this process is.

Omg, i came home to look in my mailbox and there it was..the long awaited noa2 approval. I would like to thank everyone for your support, and the strength you shared with us from day one. We waited from nov 2, 2017 until today jan 28, 2019. It seem as if it took forever, but we kept the faith that it would come one day. For those that are still waiting, have patience, its on its way.

Case approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So relieved. I check my email daily for USPS informed delivery, and there it was! But whether RFE or approval, I didn't want to wait until I got  home, so I checked both the new site and the old site. Nothing was mentioned on new site, but old site said approved! Good luck everyone.

Yess! Just woke up and checked the new site.  Got an approval on the 23rd. 
 
NOA1 - Sept 12
NOA2 - Jan 23

I just checked the new site and MY CASE WAS APPROVED!!! NOA1 Old site: 9/12 New site: 9/17

- 24 JAN today we got updated finally! "Case Was Approved"
Still can't believe it! I double checked many timessss...and its reallllllllllll...

I checked the new website today and found out I've been approved.
Add me to the September filer approve list!
 
Old noa1: 8/31/18
new noa1:9/6/18
noa2: 1/22/19

So it’s 6 a.m and I can’t sleep so I check the old website and see no news. Then I check the new website and I see it ... I see an APPROVAL ! 😍
 
I checked the new website yesterday and it  said received but today it changed 😭
 
NOA1: September 6th
NOA2: January 22nd 
 
I’m soo happy and relieved !
