This "lawyer" is a scammer.  He probably sin't even a lawyer because if he was he would know not be saying her providing a letter to him would be cheaper.  I bet 100 bucks she is going to pay for the tourist visa.  You are being scammed...no doubt.  Run and run fast!

It kind of makes you wonder if this lawyer previously worked for the IRS and Microsoft tech support making phone calls to sell services and collect money.

Op, good luck to you, take the advice given here. Something does not sound right here

Well, I think the part I bolded would be a point of contention for many. In general yes, when people do good we like them and when people do bad, we dislike them. This applies to Trump as it does to anyone. Aside from the million dollar thought experiment though, I am certainly open to liking Trump more if he starts doing more things I consider good.

I am sure alot of people feel the same way, but here is the kicker, he will do more things that people like but unfortunally, you cannot please all of the people all of the time. I mean just give the man time, look at everything he is fighting with everything he tries to do gets resistance, its crazy

By the same token, anyone who loves Trump would hate him if he took a million dollars from them. My question is what does that have to do with anything? While many have strong opinions of Trump, I don't believe the chance of losing or gaining a million dollars is really a factor in arriving at that opinion.

I think there is a misunderstanding here, what my point was, for everyone saying I hate Trump, he is racist, mean or anything else they say, if Trump gave a million dollars to all of the people that supposedly hate him, they would flip their words after getting the money and start to love him. The point is alot of people are talking negatively and generally stretching the truth just to make a shallow point. He is doing some good things for the people, he may be brash and direct with his words but alot of times that is the best approach.

i mean afterall Trump is not doing anything like ruining healthcare in the country and forcing the people to buy a product or get penalized for it. (Obama)

or, going to war under a false reason (wmd’s) and the only ending was for Cheney and his buddies at Haliburton to get some good money from that deal (Bush sr)

or, going back to war so Bush jr could basically finish the job his father could not with Sadam,, also, lets not forget it was on Jr’s watch that 9/11 happened. That was a total failure of our intelligence agencies and Jr’s response was lacking to the terror attack.

and lets not leave out Clinton, even tho he was impeached he still finished out his term but he had the monica deal, he reduced our military, and he pretty much was a very inactive president.

so, when looking back on these things, again Trump is not for everyone, some may like him and some may hate him but so far he has not done anything besides enforce laws in the country and try to make positive changes for the country and the people. It is hard to see with some of the diluted stories in the news.

True. But he also said he cannot leave the country for more than a week or two at a time for medical reasons. So I assumed he wasn't military. But I could be wrong.

Definatly not military based on their comments, I hate to say it but op may have a problem, there are medical remedies that He/she could take. Just looks like they are trying to skirt the system.

op you have bery good advice from alot of people, listen to a little of it.

Okay fine, then no sposnor. If my sister show her work and other obligations in India and that her husband is in India. Would that work? No sponsorship and nothing. If we are able to prove my sisters strong ties back home in India, would that work for reapplication?

    Up to the co

How many threads on this are we gonna have? Look up new policy threads and you’ll find discussions have been under way on this topic for weeks. No need to start a new thread. There are in depth conversations on this already.

Ugh, they read a new opinion on the so called news, 250% of the povert level, that’s funny

It’s very frustrating to say the least. It’s ridiculous!  We wait and wait and do things the right way only to be slapped in the face with all this illegal immigration. Why can’t people just do it the right way?  It’s not fair to us. :ranting:

And here is the reason to tighter uscis policies and tough consulate officers........ thank you
