Texas service center was my original i864 filing. When we file the i751 we get a receipt with receipt # beginning with service center they assigned. Ours was MSC

Ya'll inspired me to check my USCIS acct and it said new card was delivered!! Checked mail and husband now has 10yr green card! No interview

Well I've never gotten this vefore! Usually there is a date which is always changing, then this morning i get this "congrats you were approved" in my estimate. I got excited for a second so checked uscis. Nope. Still says "ready ro be scheduled"

Anyone have any encouraging news on their application? I submitted my ROC package in June 2021, received a letter stating Biometrics will be reused in September 2021, and nothing since then. I assume my application is in Nebraska since the receipt number starts with 'LIN'. Getting ready to submit N400 here shortly. 

Nope nothing. They redid my husbands biometrics in Sept of 21.

Has anyone experience this before during the ROC process. What does this mean? Potentially transferred to our local office for interview? Additionally information, we just submitted our N-400. Could there be a potential move to complete both of these applications at the same time?

Just wondering, did you file N400 online or mail in? And did you submit even more repeat evidence of bonafide marriage? Seems crazy since we just did this for i751 🤦‍♀️ Thanks!

I just happened to check USCIS and saw "ready to be scheduled". Does anyone know how long that takes? Or has anyone here received their letter with interview date yet?

Yay! What date did they receive your petition? We are MSC and filed 6/21

So we filed in June and my husband's 3 yr anniversary here will be June 30th so we are eligible to file N-400 for citizenship on March 30th. Are others here planning to do this?

We filed i-751 in end of June and juat got biometrics appt. It's dated Sept 4th but we just got it today and the appt is in 2 days! The service center is MSC/NBC so just came here to follow for any info on processing times 😁

Wow my husband JUST received biometrics letter and appt is in 2 days 🙃 I was thinking it would be waived but no such luck..

It depends on your service center. Some of us that just got our biometrics recently have SRC which currently has a processing time of 4.5-7.5 months. You should check currently processing times for your service center because they vary.

I see a lot of people posting about their biometrics letter.. We have not received anything, my husband is here on a CR1 and we applied for the 10 year green card in June.. Does everyone receive a letter? Thanks in advance!

Received NOA 18 month extension letter, dated 06/24, not sure when it arrived because we were away 🤷‍♀️

If USCIS waives your biometrics, you will likely see an update on your case status online. Not everyone gets a letter when USCIS waives your biometrics. I would not count on it. 

 

There is a thread for MSC filers. 

 

The fastest right now are Texas ~ 4 to 5 months and Nebraska ~ 8 months.

Can you tell me how thus worked out for you? We just sent i751 and did not include my US citizen daughter on my husband's form and I'm freaking out 😭😣

Yes my daughter not his and a US citizen. We didn't include her on the form though 😕

Someone posted a question in a facebook group and now I'm freaking out. We did not include my daughter on my husband's I-751 form. We thought it was for children who were also going throught the immigration process as that is what the question implied. Am I in trouble??
