I filed our i 130 earlier this month. My husband lives in Romania and I'm here in the US. We have none of the proof listed as we've never lived together and he does not have a tourist visa so he's not allowed to visit, therefore I can't just add him to financial documents, like a bank account. It's all very frustrating. I submitted the marriage certificate, photos of all of our time together and the marriage, and affidavits from 2 of his family members and 2 of mine. Hipefully that will be enough...

Thank you for your reply! When you say chat logs...as I'm sure you can imagine, we communicate all throughout the day via fb messenger...there would be thousands of pages...how do I go about including that?

Hi All! I received notification that my I-130 was received and sent to Texas service center on Friday. I'm getting a little worried reading posts that I didn't include enough info/proof of bona fide marriage. I included 4 letters of support, 2 from his family, 1 from my mother and 1 from friend, our marriage certificate, a collage of pictures and wedding pictures. I did not include plane tickets, receipts etc. My husband lives in Europe so ee don't have shared residence or banking yet. Am I totally screwed?
