Remember that the AP does not guarantee that the officer will let you in the states. I absolutely would not try to travel outside the country if I were you. Better be safe than sorry! I would wait til I get the green card.

I am 1000 % sure that the IO who was randomly selected to work on my case has been on vacation for the past 4 months. Sheesh! it's been 4 full months already! 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ My patience level is on E right now.

Hey everyone,
My Husband's EAD status has just changed to "New Card is Being Produced" !! Also, we did not request for it to be expedited.
Case Received: 5/16/2018
New Card Being Produced: 9/20/2018
No news on I-485 though. Biometrics was in early June.

Got approval of I765 on 14 September.
AOS documents were filed on 14 May.

She already recieved her EAD/Travel combo card. However, I feel like i should still update it on the website just to be sure.

You cant update them together because the petitioner filed the I-130 and the beneficiary filed the I-485 etc... However you still can update the I-485, 765 and 131 simultaneously. The I-130 needs to be done separately.

Hi everyone!!! I guess i was worrying over nothing! We got the so much awaited email & text: "New Card Is Being Produced. On August 29, 2018, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC********, and will mail it to the address you gave us."
Thank you for your words of hope and encouragement... I get to overthink things.... The waiting is almost over now!!!!

today i woke up and checked the case tracker and was very excited to see a change!
it changed from "We received your case" to "Case Was Received"
and "We reviewed your biometrics and are still processing your case" to "Fingerprint Review Was Completed" (same dates)

Rule #1- Don't send things to USCIS without them asking for it
That will cause massive confusion for ur file because they have no way to track it.
Wait for an RFE- IF they issue one. I doubt they will in this case since this is a new job- has no impact on her prior years' tax returns.

it didnt takes long to speak to their reps.
First, you choose your language (1 for English), then you press (2) for "inquire about a case that you submitted", then enter the receipt number (for example if your receipt number is MSCxxxxxx, then you need to enter 672 as MSC), after that you will hear the latest status of your case, after that there is an option for you to choose to talk to their reps.

Why are you withdrawing? Did you only come here on an F1 to marry a USC or did something happen? You don't have to drop classes just because you're going through AOS. Finish your college education, it's the only thing that will give you a decent job in this country. Trust me.

yes, they do. But be aware that some applicants will get their "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" notice faster than you ( doesn't matter if their priority date is after yours). Let's pray that we get lucky
