Hey so they said that its just generic msg or something that i should wait till embassy receives case and thats gonna change. They said that they dont schedule interviews for k1 so we are good . He said call embassy and they can give me more info 😁 wait its soon over for us goodluck 😄

Idk im comfused i actually booked everything ahead because i didnt know i had to wait and w.e but im calling to find out now so ill keep you updated .

Also. My fiancee went to her medical today and they turned her away because she did not have an invitation from the embassy with the interview date on it. So now I guess I have to reschedule that. We gave them a copy of the confirmation page on the CGI federal website and they were perplexed on how we scheduled it without embassy invite first.

Has anyone from sep 7th noa2 approval  got case number from nvc ? Iknow it hasnt been atleast 15 days but just curious . 

Guys btw i think they working with the old website more now , from what i have seen these past couple of days in different forums , and i just got and email plus the old website is the only one updated just so you guys know . Good luck 😀

It was just very strange, I was wondering if she was confusing with another petition, but she had our file open and knew we were applying for the i129F K1 fiance visa.

We were a little bit shocked because we were expecting an approval in beginning of October. And she told us, that this is gonna be a very long wait and that the fiance petitions have slowed down extremely.

 

It does not make sense, because I see the 6-7,5 months approvals here all the time... ??

Some of this people love to give false info . I wouldnt really pay attention to that i called yesterday and they say that i should hear before october 1st my noa 1 is march 1st and he said exactly 5-7 months .

Hi , i met my fiance after legally separating for my ex husband , we met through ig and we talked for a while then met in person while i was still married lol but it dont matter cuz i was legally separated . Ive seen my fiance 3 times already i just applied for k1 in march so far ive herd everything is goin fine with my case havent got a rfe or anything basically . If you wanna apply after you meet her is fine but i recommend you visit once more before interview and get new pictures and stuff like that . Just so they know you guys have kept relationship going . Its doesnt speed it up but at least you know that a background check wont slow it down either . Theres plp that are still pending background check from nov - dec ect . So its good to know that’s not my case . We are just trying to see where we stand in this process.

Yes shes correct i helped my friend to do hers and shes the petitioner. It doesnt matter as long as you have the info to do it .
