You might want to check another post on this website. It is called.

I was thinking the same thing. My last update was April 25 and I emailed an inquiry at the beginning of the month and no reply or updates.

I was wondering if anyone had updates on CEAC recently ? Has anyone received regular updates say once a month vs an update every x months ?

I think this means for those exceptions such as dual nationals, those with valid visas before the proclamation went into effect that were already in the US and such. There is a list of exceptions on state dept website under faqs about the presidential proclamation and all the exceptions are listed there

thats make me have a question ? cr-1 less than 2 years of marriage .... now most travel ban countries who appalied to his or her spouse passed 2 years of marriage ... are they going to upgrade that to IR1

I personally sent an email with around 20 PDFs; and named each PDF with the case # and the type of the document. I think it makes things easier to process. The one thing I think I should have done differently was to combine the Arabic and english translation in one PDF rather than sending two separate ones.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the attachments should not exceed 5 MB in size. They won't process it. you can follow the steps in this link:
https://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process
Also, do not forget to add the case number in the title.

For me going in with my husband I think its a new rule. For NVC mistakes such as make sure documents are correct and make sure u scan them clearly. And for what happened to us was I submitted the syrian birth certificate side ways like it is and they said no and they are not willing to turn their head or press a button to fix it . It took 3 weeks for them to see the new scan which I submitted minutes after they rejected it. Good luck

The interview went good, they did not let me the petitioner in with my husband I had to wait outside , I even told the security I am a citizen I need to go in with him they said no. so I waited. They gave my husband a paper about the waiver and we submitted it and now waiting.

Yes we are on AP. my thoughts to you is try to submit everything correct to the NVC because one mistake will take two to three weeks.
Good luck
