I attended my interview today everything went well. I did not take my lawyer to me.
 
The interview lasted about 10 minutes I was sworn in and finger printed then asked to confirm my name. My medical and passport was checked and I was asked some yes or no questions from the i485 form. She never mentioned the abuse, marriage etc. she did ask if I was divorced and took a copy of the divorce decree.
 
After the above she told me I was approved and my GC will be sent to my Lawyer’s office. Within 5 minutes I received an update that my card was being produced.
 
I am so elated that the process is over. I wish you all the very best...and thank you to everyone for your support.

Today I got my 2nd EAD. I applied for renewal Jan-2019 and today I picked it up at my lawyer's office.
It was pretty fast! 1 month waiting only.

I think you have nothing to worry about. I’ve done some research and it’s likely normal interview notice for your 485, scheduled by local office.
 
I received this kind of form few days ago, also about my interview is scheduled by the end of this month at local office.

I made appointment with my lawyer for tomorrow and cannot wait . @sandranj she has Much experience with vawa cases more than any other attorney I still want to hear from her .

Yes i applied in oct 2018 reciet date 22 oct 2018 igot my ead in hand on 9th February 2019

Same here. I strongly believe in the power of prayers and fasting. And yes, we need faith as well as works. Prayers and an excellent attorney is key to getting past all this. God is in control.

I was going by what I read online on google, most people who received the G56 said it was an additional interview, with about 120 questions (which may make or break a case), and they all said that they were advised to go with an attorney. I'm not completely sure, so let's see what Sandranj has to say about it.
It's not fair that after everything many people have suffered and endured for so many years, that they are still subjected to this type of treatment, it's not right at all.

Reciete date for my ead is 15 th oct. Went for biometrics on 19 nov

I applied my ead in October 2018 went for biometrics up to now still waiting

Vermont. When you apply for an EAD through an I-485 pending approval with Vawa (I-360) it is requested through Vermont.

My vawa was approved today. My receipt date is July/03/2017. There had been no update on my case for over 400days on the app.

@jamaicafineness I could imagine this forum and the guidance of everyone questions and answers ofcourse the admins are what go me through this entire process I been a silent reader for so long.just keep your spirits up and prayers regular and u will see there is a light at the end of this dark tunnel 

I think a new AOS based on the pending i-360 can be filed and then the interview will be scheduled after VAWA approval (waiting time depending on the local office). Sandra once said that it doesn't make a difference regarding wait times for an interview if previous AOS has been pending or a new AOS is filed with/after VAWA petition.
