Apologies, didn’t realize you were the holder. Yep, typically anyone who applies for AOS outside of a K-1 or CR-1 will have to do a I-130A for information usually collected in the early stages of family based green cards. Good luck!

Went to our interview today and were told that we are approved!!!!! Green card should come in the mail in 2 weeks 🎉

USICS received my RFIE on the 18th of October.
I am hoping that my interview will be schedule by this week or during next week.
Happy if I get my EAD by next week.

A I-864 will not be accepted at interview if the 125% criteria is not met. You will need a joint sponsor - this isn’t incorrect information.
