It's still showing in transit, but according to DHL, it was delivered and signed for on Monday.

Had out interview at the US embassy in Ukraine today 01/29/19 and we were approved! Now just waiting to get her passport back with the Visa and she's coming here super excited!! Praise God

You don't because Greenbaum post's them all the time and this is something that NVC does not advertise. More info on the first page of the first post.

Guys just wanted to tell you yesterday was my I interview and we got approved. I was with my fiance and after seeing so many people doing the same, being with them is faster and easier but in general was pretty fast they didn't even ask me for love proofs haha good luck to everyone now I will just wait my Visa and I will go to USA in a month 😍😍😄😄 questions they asked me: how many times you've been in the USA? Do you know his family? When and where do you plan to get married? Thats it 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

I do have another question, though. The shipment details say it contains 4 pieces. Is that the number of visa petitions the shipment contains?

Left NVC: January 22
Looks like we are about a month away from an interview now assuming things keep going on time! 

NVC received my petition on Jan 14th and just today assigned the case number. I got it by calling 😁

Our case status on ceac changed to "In Transit" today. 😊

It would be like if you had a presentation in paper form and one on your computer screen. You can work from either but the embassy normally works from the electronic version. (When you present your DS-160 at the interview they scan the barcode and tie the DS-160 to your file) When they are in doubt about something then they will refer to the "paper" copy. The process once at the Embassy is that the "file" is logged in and given to the CO that will adjudicate your case. Leading up to your interview they will access your file to review it and if they have a question from something that pops out at them then they will make notes. Once you are in front of them at the interview they ask the standard questions and along the way they will ask some questions that pertain to the questionable information that they had about your file. When satisfied that you have complied with everything pertaining to the interview then your interview is concluded. Once finished the CO has some "housekeeping" to do with your file and then if it is approved it goes to the department that "manufactures" the finished visa that is then placed in your passport. The finished file, medical and passport are assembled into an envelope (they are slowly moving toward only issuing you the visa in the passport and all files, including medical will be electronically available for Immigration at your POE. The Philippine Embassy is one of the first to install this system) and sent to you for carrying to your POE.

NOA1: Aug 08 (old) Aug 13 (New)
NOA2: Dec 27 (Notice date, received in USPS mail Dec 31, no updates to either website to this day)
 
No notification of any kind in either e-mail or postal mail despite updating AskNVC website.
Started calling to NVC Jan 10 (on 2 weeks mark)
Today finally was told  case arrived to NVC today
NVC Arrived: Jan 14
 
Moral of the story: Do not count on them to update via e-mail, calling seems to be the only reliable way to get updates. Call while having your WAC number  ready.
 

Keep your eye on ceac.state.gov next T/W as that is the next shipping date to the embassies. Be sure to review the information on the first page of this thread for details on how to follow your case using DHL tracker. But details for DHL are not available for 24 hours from shipment so Wednesday you can check DHL and could possibly have results.

We got a silent approval! Her dad just checked the mail today and the NOA2 was there! None of the websites have been updated as I'm writing this post.
She's with me in Brazil and I'm immensely happy that we get to celebrate this before the end of our vacation together! We're stoked.

Hey ! After many times calling and waiting on hold for 50 minutes, we finally got case#. Yay!
Checked our status , it said still at NVC but hey ho. At least we can start gathering packet 3. Good luck to you all.

Hi everyone! Been a silent reader for the past few months. Just wanna say we received our NOA2 yesterday 10 Jan (I'm the beneficiary). Fiance texted me at an ungodly hour i.e. 4am Malaysian time to update me. What ensued was a shriek that woke up the cat. 
 
The NOA2 came a bit quicker than we expected as we received a RFE on 26 Dec & CSC received our response on 7 Jan. I'd say a 3-day deliberation is an indication that CSC is indeed picking up the pace. 
 
Anyone knows what the process/estimated timeline is for Malaysia in particular?
