Oh no! Inwas approved and i got my passprt back 2 days ago ! But i heard of this 5535 form.. happens mostly in arab regions

I showed up at the border, with a truck full of my worldly possessions and was still thinking what my plan b was if they refused me entry.

@Saraslh  it really happened, saying Approved doesn't guarantee the visa at 100%, every file / case goes under Supervisor check before making any final decision and that's why it took long time for some people. so missileman is right, 

 

After my interview Ceac showed "Ready" for 4 days, than "Administrative Processing" Then "Issued" and even now believe me! as long as i didn"t cross the border and have my husband in my arms i wouldn't say this journey is finally over 😋

Lol yea every case is different but always thinking in a positive way decreases the stress we are all already stress from this process !! And mine was ready for one day and ap today i hope its issued in a couple more.. i hope u cross the borders and be done too

Hey guys.. my visa interview was approved yesterday and they told me to get it in a week!! Now it shows administrative possessing.. its normal though right ?

Yea i was thinking the same thing! But its a lucky one.. yesterday the first abailable one was feb 26! And yes i tried emailing them they reply by an automessage referring that its a final response 😕

Ive been trying to conatct joulie 🙈 bas shes offline !! What if i scheduled an interview and till then they didnt send me any email ! You knw what i mean.. cz i can see an available appointment on feb 7! Too soon

Im a k1 i should pay ds160 to schedule interview! Its been ready for a week now 

Hello guys!! So my case shows ready ok the visa tracker ! Im a k1.. but still didnt get any emails from the local embassy! Is it safe to pay the ds160 fees or do i have to wait for packet 3 thought im starting to fear that they have a wrong email!!!

Start filling your ds160 when schedule the medical.. you will face delays if u attend the interview before ur medical exam

You can do either.

but I personally like separate letters because I find it simpler as it ends up being two separate declarations. (I don’t know it really is just a personal choice and as long as it is worded correctly either would work)

 

did you find the template in the forum? You can just adjust that to petitioner and beneficiary. 

 

Yes i am the beneficary! No he is the one collecting but because of the tone of questions he asked me and the researches i did feels like im the one collecting 😂 lol . So should we sign the same paper or should we both write two letters seperatly 

Hello guys.. im done collecting for my 129f package, but i still need one thing! It says that the letter of intent should be signed in ink by the beneficiary! Should i sign it and scan it for him, or should i send the letter signed via the post office!?

Me and my us fiance are Starting to fill out the k1 fiance visa to get married. 
The first step was to fill the I-129f form and to file it to the uscis! My question is: “should this form be associated with any other forms like the G-325A or else?” As i heard from the past appliers, because i couldn't find any demands of additional forms at first on the us embassy site for the k1 fiance visa steps. 
I hope you mail me the forms i should apply beside the I-129f to decrease delays.
