    Yes, there is no guarantee that non-citizens will be allowed entry to the US.  But the risk of your wife being denied entry simply because she traveled for 3 weeks with a valid AP is very low.  No need to let exaggerated fears stop your wife from using the AP for the purpose it was issued.

    There is no "guarantee" that anyone, other than a citizen or national, will be admitted back into the the US.  So you aren't going to travel until citizenship?

    Hi, all GOOD NEWS my wife just received the combo card today! She had her biometrics done on August 12th.

    No need to worry. There is no biometrics for I-131 . If u have done your biometrics for I-765 its enough. I have my 5 friends and family. They didn’t get any biometrics appointment for I-131 . They were approved for 765 and i-131 as they are now a combo card. So guys just relax . You don’t need to do separate biometrics for i-131

    Hi, first time posting on VJ, good news  my wife just got her Biometrics letter in mail today. She is scheduled  for August 11th  in ATL. USCIS received the case  on April 13th, we got the NOA1 April 20th. We are very exited that things are moving forward.
