    Thanks! I submitted a service request as per tier 2’s suggestion. The 23 or 26 marks 7 months. I shall wait.

    So hello my friends first I need to say thank God  I have some amazing news filed in April i129 got uscis approval November 2nd got notice from nvc they got our file today so here we go with the rest of the process please pray for interview and approval soon good luck to everyone one here. May God bless all yall and bring good news to yall so soon.

    Hey April friends! I just got back from 3 weeks holiday and have a lot of catching up to do here. I hope many more of you received your NOA2s and/or NVC updates! I haven't even attempted to check updates to my case (maybe for the best lol)

    I would call and submit an inquiry online or have your congressman's office submit the inquiry for you. In the meantime I am preparing by scheduling an infopass appointment ASAP. If the NOA2 comes before the infopass appointment date then I shall cancel.

    Approvals are pretty much over with exception for the few they will do over the coming days and then the following week the flood gates will open once again in anticipation of the transfer to the Embassies on 11/27 & 28.

    236 days, they received our rfe last week thursday, now we started this waiting again. It is frustrating to see all the approvals from people who filed waaaaay later and really makes me question how they work, I understand that they can't really work it off day by day, but this huge date gap??? Unfortunately there is nothing we can do....
