My status changed to interview is ready to be scheduled over a week ago and today my EAD approved.

Anyone still waiting for i765 (c9) from the National Benefits Center?  Day 141 for me!!!  I am a June 25 filer with fingerprint review completed July 31. 
 
Any help or input appreciated!!!

Mine was issued yesterday so panic over.  Just waiting now for courier to contact me.

 You always use Immigrant in the dropdown choice.  Haven't we covered this? What are we missing? 
 

It switches between immigrant and non immigrant before it is issued.
I can remember the nervous energy in the days after the interview and before getting my passport with the visa in - I managed to convince myself almost daily that they wouldn't issue it - stress/nerves do crazy things to our minds 😂

It will go to AP, it will also switch between noon immigrant and immigrant.
The interview experience in London is so easy & we build into such a big deal before we get there that it's almost a let down!
You will be fine, in a few days your status will change to ISSUED and a day or 2 later you'll get an email with the tracking details from the courier.
Now is the time to relax, enjoy every second you can with friends/family before you leave

It sounds to me as though the visa was approved......Normally, they don't keep passports if the case is being denied.  I would expect there to be a short period for processing......hopefully, your wait will be a short one.

Would really appreciate some help with this.  It says on the embassy website that when you have had your medical to book your interview.  Can you not do this before?  And also, which is my main question, do people know what the current wait time is to get an interview date for the K1 FIANCEE VISA interview?  I hope its not long.  If I booked today would I be waiting weeks or months?

What's even better is the embassy sent me a reminder email of my appointment with the new address, but the old postcode! Hope that doesn't catch anyone out....

I received the same email from NVC but don't worry, the embassy will have your information! It's bonkers to me that NVC would send this out to people without updating the template for two months... But regardless, don't worry!  

The passport machines in Tesco, Boots etc all have US passport size as an option

Petitioner receives the NVC number.  However, you should call the NVC directly to get the number instead of waiting for the letter (which takes weeks to arrive).

We were approved a few days ago (Sep 15 filer).  Can someone explain what happens next in regards to the NVC and receiving a confirmation letter, I just typed my case number in on the USCIS website to find out we had been approved.  Thanks

I just called NVC about 1 hour ago, got case number exactly 2 weeks after NOA2.
There was zero wait time on the phone and the lady was very friendly.

Correct. For K-1 you take it all with you to the interview.

Hello. Congratulations on getting this far.
I got my NOA2 ON Feb 6th. Was at the NVC by the 15th, and my status ready on the 22nd.
I called up Knightsbridge last week and managed to get a medical for today as someone cancelled. 
My paper confirmation, dated Feb 22, arrived yesterday (real late due to the snow) saying my papers are at the embassy and ready 
 
I'm yet to sort out my interview. People are saying give it a week/2 weeks or so between the medical and interview so the medical notes will be at the embassy ready.

I got my noa2 31st of Jan. Case number two weeks later. Booked first available medical which was 3 weeks away on 6th March. Interview 16th March. So that is 1.5 months.
