As stated earlier, helping with a baby is considered unpaid work, not allowed on a B2 visa. 
 
But yeah, as others have noted, your parents should leave the US by their i94 expiration. Once a US citizen some time in 2021, you can petition them and they interview for an IR5 visa in their home country. They should do things the right and legal way, and that is IR5 Consular Processing. 

A better plan is for your parents to return to their country as per the conditions of their TOURIST visas.  Then, you can petition them in a few years.  It would be unwise for them to stay in the US beyond their authorized time.  Remaining in the US illegally is not a good option.

Is there any hope i could be approved for expedite EAD if i have a job offer but my case is pending only for 49 days? I have a job offer in hand right about now.
Should i call to expedite?

I'm an April filer and my case status just went to "Ready to schedule interview" last night. 🤞 

Congratulations!  Our interview and approval was on the 9th, and we are waiting for the card.

Congrats! My card came 4 days after the production email. The I-797 came at the same time. 

My case just got approved today finally. 2 weeks after the interview. Got the email that says card is in production

What a way to  start your day by getting an email from USCIS that your card has been mailed today yahoooo!!!!!!  (bizarre though because all the updates I received from them is from 5:38 am and 5:48 am. I didn't know that they update cases that early )
 
I also checked our mailbox and saw another letter from NBC (I-797) another yahooooo moment

It depends. I was approved on the spot May 7. Same day the tracker was updated to Card in Production. The day after it was updated to case is approved. I am still waiting for the approval letter hopefully today or tomorrow. 

Mine did, not sure if this applies to everyone.
 
Just got anohter update with USPS tracking number, and USPS website says it will arrive on Friday.

USCIS will never cease to amaze me. I saw a letter from NBC on my Informed delivery this morning, I was surprised and excited (no email or text msgs updates from both websites were received).
I was hoping that it would be either the approval for my EAD or the letter for the interview.
So I check the egov webiste, it still shows Case received for EAD in January and AP in March, and they received my response to the RFIE late February: nothing new it has been like that for 2 months now.
I check the DHS website and I see that only the AP was approved. Doesnt make sense but I am thinking let me wait for the mail, hopefully both approvals for EAD and AP would be there. Sometimes Informed Delivery doesnt send you all the pictures of the mail you are expecting.
 
I get the mail in the afternoon and guess what? It is just the approval for my Travel document. What???! Just to clarify when I applied in January I didnt apply for AP, I applied just for the EAD, but seeing the processing times I thought let me apply for the AP just in case. So the AP was delivered on March 8th, and now less than 2 months later it is approved but no news on EAD.
I called but they gave me the usual BS that Im still within processing times yada yada yada, so I told the agent yes I know Im still within processing times, but why an application sent less than 2 months ago is approved and the one sent in January is unanswered? The agent couldnt give me an answer and was also surprised. He couldnt transfer me to a L2 officer because it was late in the afternoon. He said they have a new system now so he couldnt put in a request for call back. The best way to reach a L2 is either call early in the morning or on Thursdays and Fridays they are less busy.
So I will try again tomorrow morning and Thursday, if I dont get an answer I have an Infopass scheduled for next Tuesday.
 
I am really starting to believe like I read on another thread that they just pull out the easy applications out of the most recent, approve it to get their stats up and dont follow the order or even bother checking if that person has other applications. They do according to their moods. Ugh Im so frustrated. Sorry for the long rant. I will keep yall posted once I talk to an officer.

I filed both EAD and AP back in January 2 and have yet to receive at least one.
We don't event care of the EAD at this point, just the AP because we have travels plans for next month. we should've filed separately. LOL.

So we got an approval update on the USCIS login website! 
 
This was still showing biometrics fee received until this morning. The app and the case status online that updated when we got our interview is still showing as interview complete and must be reviewed. I find it really strange that we have an approval on the site that didn’t update since January and NO update on the site and app that DID update when we received our interview notice and completed the interview! 
 
I also have text alerts for the login site but didn’t get a text. I’m obviously thrilled but I’ll feel a lot better when I receive the actual notice in the mail. 

Received this i-797 approval today. And just got a notification saying that my green card has been mailed today. Super relieved. 

My status updated the same. 2 days later i received and RFE at home. But i was expecting the rfe cuz she told me at the interveiew that i was missing that document so she would sent rfe. 
Hopefully yours its approved soon if nohting came up during interview
