Finally recieved mail with EAD/AP approval.

Approval Date 1/17/2019

Now if only we can get the greencard update. 😭

A visitor visa will almost always be denied to the usa. It's hard to get a visa here unless it's a reason (student,marraige,work, family). My fiance and i just went through  the k1 visa as well and were approved. As everyone mentioned, if you have a strong case then you will be fine, if you need any help just messgae us. We are more than happy to help. My fiance and i dated less than 1 year and we also met online (instagram), but we also have no red flags and have plenty proof of our genuine relationship. @uxvzaWhy was your previous k1 denied? Cr1 seems like the best route for you at this point.

See the consulate review page on the Morocco portal. They will ask questions about the time you have spent together. The beneficiary should know a lot of details about the petitioner and their family.

I got email from consulate they scheduled my interview in 1 Jun 2018 . I'm so excited and happy .I'm preparing and got all papers I wish to help us to know questions of interview

For a K_1 visa the NVC basically just receives  and  send it to the embassy

the cr-1 spouse visa is different as the NVC has to gather more info and process the info approve it then send everything to the embsassy

I applied in 29 September. I'm Waiting for second steps it take between 5 month and 7 month 

I want to ask guys about dvlottery . Iam waiting for visa k1 process and same time I applied dvlottery . Is it matter for me when I have interview ... Thank u for more information
